...When I got to the checkout on my last shopping trip I suddenly remembered that I had forgotten to get my usual multi purpose wipes so asked hubby to go and grab a packet. Now I have been using the same brand for a very long time but for some reason hubby could not remember which ones they were and came back with these ones. ...I bought this on recommendation from a friend and colleague, who uses it for cleaning at work as well as at home. She said it does the job where other cleaners are just not good enough, so I promptly went out and bought some. I paid £1.05 in Tesco, which I thought was surprisingly cheap for a big name brand like Cif. Cif claim that this bathroom mousse gives brilliant results with minimum effort. You just need to spray the mousse on, leave it 5-10 minutes, and rinse it off. It's suitable for use on plastic, enamel and chrome surfaces. The mousse comes in a tall cylindrical can with a see-through lime green domes lid. ...It has been brought to my attention after listening to Chris Moyles on Radio 1 that he is coming tothe end of his shelf life. He is no longer the funny shock jock he once was. Now he is the annoying fat bloke on my way home from work. Sound familiar??? Well it should!!! The ginger shock jock of Radio 1 that got too big for his boots went the same way!!! Chris Evans got boring and left long after he annoyed me every morning. These "personalities" as they are called get boring after doing the same routine day in day out for over a year. Real DJs that play MUSIC and dont do stupid gags go on forever. Example? How long has Pete Tong Been at Radio 1???? Because he plays HIS music and not have a collection of half wits that laugh in a sycophantic way in the background at everything the idiot on air is saying. Dont you all agree???...

...We had been looking forward to having our new bathroom as the one in our recently purchased home looked like it had been there before the house was build in the sixties! We chose Dolphin as they are a well known company and we had had one of their showers in our previous house which served us well for nine years. However I would never ever use the company again. Detailing all of the problems we had would make for a longer read than War and Peace so I will summarise below: 1. 13 days without a bath or shower 2. 6 days without a functioning toilet 3. 4 days staying in all day waiting for fitters who did not turn up (including two days taken off work causing loss of earnings) 4. 2 days of raw sewage running down the outside of the house 5. We got a cocky sales rep who thought we couldnt afford the bathroom and so couldnt be bothered to do the sale (we had just moved in and everywhere was a bit of a mess). ...I have had a really bad experience with Dolphin Bathrooms (March 2008). The quote was on the high side but I was assured that the quality was worth it. Despite the fact that the designer/surveyor and delivery office being informed of my limited storage all of the equipment was delivery 2 1/2 week before installation (I live in a flat) which was really inconvenient. I was assured that installation is carried out by employees of Dolphins, this is not the case the installation was done by a local plumber who done a really bad job and worked strange hours, i,e Mothering Sunday! And hassled me after the installation because he hadn't been paid as I wasn't happy with the work. I was charged for an outside tower and for the walls and ceiling to be dry lined and skimmed this didn't happen ( I still haven't had a refund) in fact...

...KITCHEN CEILING REPLACED AND REPAINTED, ALL THIS THREE DAYS BEFORE XMAS. THIS WASN'T REPAIRED UNTIL MID JANUARY AND THE BATHROOM HAD TO BE STRIPPED AND RE INSTALLED. THEY DO NOT PAY COMPENSATION ONLY GESTURES OF GOODWILL NOR WILL THEY ADMIT LIABILITY AS THE JOB IS CARRIED OUT BY SUBCONTRACTORS WHO SUBCONTRACT OTHERS (eg ELECTRICIANS ,PLASTERERS etc). ON COMPLETING OUR INSTALLATION OUR INITIAL CONTRACTOR STATED THAT THE GOODS USED BY DOLPHIN WERE VERY POOR QUALITY AND PRICED AT THE WER END OF THE MARKET. ...My experience with Dolphin Bathrooms has been a nightmare. My bathroom was redesigned and fitted from 12-19 Feb 2002. To date I have got nowhere with the Customer Service Team, they are not interested, but I wont be giving up They forgot to secure a pipe in the attic properly, so after a few weeks the complete contents of the tank cascaded into my daughters bedroom as the pipe to the tank burst, I have to replace the ceiling in the bedroom, redecorate, buy a new carpet and underlay, buy a new bed, bedding etc etc. IN ADDITION to this, the bathroom has been badly designed. When the shower is used, it runs down the bare plaster walls, and this is bubbling and disintegrating. The toilet and bathroom doors do not close properly after their fitter rehung them.
