...The wait is finally over and Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2 has finally arrived. I was eagerly anticipating its release, so much so that I pre-ordered it the first day that it was available to do so. The original Modern Warfare and World at War are probably my 2 favourite games of all time, so would one of the most hyped up games of all time, live up to expectations ? ~~~ First Impressions ~~~ Right from the beginning I was impressed. The adverts before the actual game are again skippable, which means you're ready to start shooting in seconds. COD: Modern Warfare 2, Could it get ANY better! Seriously!!

Advantages: Epic single player, Amazing Multiplayer and has great Replay Value

...Where to Begin?? The sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The game follows on from the first and I've got to be honest with you, I LOVE THIS GAME! I'm more of a multiplayer kind of guy racking up over 10 days of online play on the first but I resisted all of my temptations and played the single player, now the best campaigns i've played range from Halo 3 to Gears of War 2, but top of my list now Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The story line can only be described as EPIC! Once i started i found it hard to stop and after completing it i was craving for more. If they made it into a film it would be an all time great. Modern Warfare 2 The Truth

Advantages: Everything
Disadvantages: may think that campaigns a little short but perfect for me

...spec ops sound track is awesome with a mix of slow to fast sounds. Campaign The campaign is the continuation of modern warfare where you are hunting down to kill marakouv, a Russian terrorist leader but towards the end have a new enemy which is a bit of a twist. You fight in South America, North America, Russia and Middle East where you fight it out to capture enemies and defend certain landmarks. Multiplayer What needs to be said about multiplayer, it awesome, over 15 maps, over 40 guns, tones of perks, equipment etc and a maximum of 9v9. Modern Warfare 2 - Fun but not Fantastic

Advantages: intriguing gameplay, flawless sound/graphics, rolling storyline
Disadvantages: anti-climax, little repetitive, nothing really new to catch onto

...of your army boots, surround sound and high volume was going to be the trick. Explosions were immence and pounding on the ears but the sounds of a sneaking enemy approaching took almost psyhic intuition and a sharp hearing to notice, it was a very clever and again realistic approach. Though many have argued (and I do agree) that Modern Warfare was best for gameplay and Call of Duty: World at War was best for multiplayer maps, it is very difficult to not be won over by the upgraded MW1 packs found in this game. Advantages: Compared to the first modern warfare they have added driving in the story and its more detailed.
Disadvantages: To be honest, besides a few environmental graphics, it looks to be the shooter of the decade.

...Call of Duty Modern warfare 2 looks amazing if you?re a halo freak you will fall in love with this first person shooter. It's very detailed. They even switched the map to the screen on your gun unlike any game I have seen before. As far as if you just want to buy the game, and not go online to play, the story line features are so much better. You can even drive on this epic 1st person shooter. The disadvantages to this game as far as I can see are only a few visual slumps like every once in awhile a car will not look as realistic but everything else is wonderful. If you?re looking for a gift for a gamer or just want to try an epic 1st person shooter then this is the game for you....

...this game is the best 1st person shooter ive ever played on,its very addictive due to the game being having such good gameplay which really keeps you stuck to the screen. The campaign has many more features which are incredibly cool. The same characters as Call of Duty 4 gives the gamer a close relationship with the character as you think you know them. One of the best features of this game is defiantly the online multiplaye. Its even more addictive than call of duty 4 and 5. there are so many new features in the new multiplayer including kill streaks and death streaks, which are brilliant .This game is for all online gamers from 'noobs' to 'pros', and its defiantly worth getting this christmas...

Call of Duty modern warfare 2 Worth it???

Advantages: Brilliant graphics, very good onine multiplayer, nice features added which orignal did not have.
Disadvantages: quite a complex storyline

...The most eagerly anticipated game of the year, possibly even the decade. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is a first person shooter available on the most popular games consoles. Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. the game is rated 18 and for good reason. Many scenes throughout the campaign mode of the game I personaly found quite disturbing, however this would not put me off buying the game. one level in particular where you pose as a terrorist, and with your gang walk around an Airport shooting civillians. you do however get the choice to skip this level when you load up the game. I would not recomend that you buy this game for your child, or anyone under the 18 year age recommendation. Despite the few disturbing levels you cannot deny the incredible graphics and gameplay that Activision have managed to create in the amzaing game...

Modern Combat is Fun!

Advantages: Great graphics, great sound, tons of weapons, lots of missions
Disadvantages: Veteran difficulty is VERY difficult!

...Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare Is It That Good? Now is Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare actually any good, well to be honest its a difficult question as there a few down sides and a few good sides. But don't worry its what I'm here for, to tell you everything that's wrong and right with the game. Offline Play. Now the offline play, as good as the story might be it doesn't really satisfy me. Don't get me wrong the gun fights are excellent which is help allot by the surrounding graphics, but the game is difficult even in the easiest difficulty. The AI characters are just as good as you and i really struggled doing it in easy never mind the hardest. Now the good side of the offline play well....
