Advantages: Very Hot, Lovely Beach

...hotel is a very friendly and clean hotel with something different on every single day. Another experience for Sri Lanka is the Tut tut, this is the local transport, if you go anywhere it has to be on a Tut Tut. One thing to remember is to agree your price before going anywhere. Finally before i finish i had my wedding at the Eden Resort, i would certainly recommend this. The co-ordinators sort...

Review of Beruwela (Sri Lanka)

Sri Lanka - not all tea plantations

Advantages: Stunning scenery, pineapples are 10p!
Disadvantages: Can't safely see it all - roads are awful in places

...Approaching by air, my first thought was "Wow! It's fantastic" - the initial reality of the Colombo Pegasus Beach hotel was some somewhat different especially the approach road through the local tip. However, it got better as our tour got under way. Anyone worried by tales of the civil war take heart - Colombo airport is probably about the most secure there is with complete baggage searches...
