...Bears are very popular animals at home. My son loves Pooh and loves Pom-Bear snacks as well. I have to admit that I am not very happy that he loves chips and snacks. I am a strict mom and I give him chocolate very rarely although he is 2 years and 4 month old. This potato snack doesn?t contain artificial flavours, colours, preservatives and is gluten free. So after all it belongs to the healthier snacks. I always take care what to give my children and what not. ...Since I was tiny I have adored animals. So when I discovered the delights of the Animal Ark books, written by author Lucy Daniels, I simply had to have them all! One I had in my collection was Bears in a Barn. The first thing you notice with a book is the cover so it is important that it makes a good first impression. Thankfully, this cover is quite appealing. Rather than seeing an image of scary bears gritting their teeth at us as I had imagined, you will actually see a delighful picture of two little brown bears. My friends and I all collected the soft and cuddly beanie teddies, so we were able to tell one another of our stories and most recent purchases, which was great fun. Between us we had most, if not all of the beanies out then, and I still have a few too. One of the beanies is a bear, named February. What is Build a bear? ------------------------------ Well this is basically a company which sells you bears which you need to make and create yourself. They are located across the country and they are teddy bears without the fillings inside and you get to choose which sort of bear you want. This could be an animal design or a basic teddy. You get to stuff the bear yourself and buy the bear clothes and treat it like a real companion. Brother Bear or Moose!

Advantages: Excellent film, stunning animation & voiceovers, there's 2 moose in it!
Disadvantages: Didn't get rated as highly by others as it should've been

The Bedtime Bear

...The Bedtime Bear A Pop Up Book For Bedtime by Ian Whybrow and Alex Scheefler doing illustrations. This is yet again a present that Jack received, from a work college of mine, for Christmas and I have to say she really did get a great present. We read this book before bed every night and Jack loves it as there is so much going on and so many different things to look at. The book is a rather large one measuring around 25cm squared with a hard cover and although the pages inside are not board book style they are thicker than normal paperback book because of all the things that pop up and can be turned inside each page. This means when Jack tries to turn the page there is no chance of him ripping a page. The RRP on the back of the book is £6.99 pence but of course as it was a gift I don't know how much was...
