...I really like the Dove range of beauty products and use quite a lot of their offerings, deodorant, soap etc so when I was looking for a new body cream/hand cream I went straight to the Dove products. I was looking for a fairly thick, rich cream as I have had really dry hands recently so I decided upon the Dove Pro Age Body Cream Oil. It had a label on the top saying that it had a rich cream-oil formula so I thought this would be perfect. Beautiful Body

Advantages: Great scent, moisturising
Disadvantages: Pricey, does not absorb easily

...I actually received thhis product as a present in part of a gift set, with a bottle of the perfume and a shimmer stick pulse point perfume. I really love the fragrance of the perfume, quite floral and woody (lotus blossom, liquid amber, black orchid and mahogany wood) and very distinctive. I was interested to see how this translated into a body lotion. The bottle itself if made of pretty thick plastic (it's quite hard to squeze the product out) and opens to a capped end with a small hole in - much like sun lotions. The cream is pretty thick and smells quite strongly of the euphoria scent. On application, the product goes quite a long way and not a lot is needed. However, I found that it did not absorb very easily into the skin and needed quite a bit of rubbing in. Once it had been absorbed, my skin felt soft and smelt great...

Review of Calvin Klein Euphoria Body Lotion

FCUK Polished Body Cream: A smoothing body cream.

Advantages: Great pot,nice colour product, applies well and sinks in fast, leaves my skin soft.
Disadvantages: The scent can be overpowering.

...FCUK Polished Whipped Bodycream is provided in a circular plastic tub which is tinted pink with a black screw top lid which is easily removed. Once removed I can see the 'whipped bodycream' within and it is a very light coffee coloured cream. I am immediately hit by the scent of this cream as soon as I open the pot and it is a fairly nice scent which I think is predominantly the almond oil and the added vanilla. It is very nice but I think too much of this is a little overpowering. To use I just apply to my towel dried skin after a bath or shower and it sinks in to my body very easily with just a slight bit of rubbing required. Avent body indulgence cream

Advantages: easy to apply and not over-priced

...I love this cream! Having used it in my first pregnancy and found it really gentle on my already sensitive skin I am using it again this time. It's more liquid than some of the other creams for stretch marks etc so it goes on really nicely. My only problem has been buying more of it.....boots don't seem to be stocking it anymore, and I have only found it as part of a set in mothercare......I hope I can buy some more before it runs out!! It is mildly scented, and it hasn't made my eczema flare up, so that is an added bonus!! My daughter loves rubbing it into my tummy, so it is also an invaluable tool in bonding between her and her baby sister!...
