...I find it strange no one has ever written about Before and After Science previously. When shopping for CDs in Paris I remember noticing that they had Before and After Science stickered as being one of the 100 most important albums of all time and rightly so. This is Eno?s final album (barring Wrong Way Up perhaps) before he eschewed conventional song writing for purely ambient and more experimental music, though like Another Green World, Before and After Science (for now on to be referred to as: BAS) it is a mixture of song writing and his more experimental ambient. Advantages: Quite easy to follow
Disadvantages: Repetitive/Annoying music

...This DVD starts off with Charlie Brooks telling us how she used these exercises and "a healthy diet" to lose all the weight she put on during her pregnancy. They have a clip of her before she started exercising and was being weighed and measured, then again when she was halfway through her goal, and then at the end when she achieved her target weight. The DVD has five sections - each lasting approx 10 minutes. In each Charlie does exercise while her trainer Dee Thresher tells us what steps to do. 1. WARM UP This definitely warms you up!! Some of the steps are a bit complicated to follow at first and Dee Thresher doesn't explain them very well, but I managed to follow after about the 4th time of working through the DVD. 2. After Party, Before Party, No Party... whenever!

Advantages: Great smoothing finishing creme, smells great

...up, before smoothing the top layer of my hair with the small amount left on my palms. It smelt fantastic - really fruity and indulgent. I saw the difference instantly. Before I used this, my hair was straight, but had a few flyaway hairs over the top, and generally looked a bit flat and dry. After applying some After Party, I was blessed with shiny, smooth hair, with defined layers - a look I absolutely love, and had failed to achieve before using this. My hair stayed straight and shiny until the next wash, although the defined layers were somewhat lost - which I had expected to happen really. It was a mini hair miracle in a tube, as far as I was concerned... ...so the next time I used a bit more After Party. This was a mistake. ...I would just like to write a review on this book, it being called 'I before E, except after C'. The book is something that attempts to look back at what we all learnt whilst being at school, in terms of learning how to remember different things. Written by Judy Parkinson who has actually in fact written a number of books in a similar nature, its cover prpice is £9.99 availabe from any good book shop (although it can no doubt be purchased from any other good internet site - no doubt, for a lot cheaper!). The ISBN number fo those of you who need it, is 978-1-84317-249-9. But anyway, back to the actual book in question! In my own opinion, although it claims to remind you of the old school ways of rememberiing things - the majority of it, I have never heard of!
