They have a clip of her before she started exercising and was being weighed and measured, then again when she was halfway through her goal, and then at the end when she achieved her target weight. The DVD has five sections - each lasting approx 10 minutes. In each Charlie does exercise while her trainer Dee Thresher tells us what steps to do. 1. WARM UP This definitely warms you up!! After Party, Before Party, No Party... whenever!

Advantages: Great smoothing finishing creme, smells great

Before I used this, my hair was straight, but had a few flyaway hairs over the top, and generally looked a bit flat and dry. After applying some After Party, I was blessed with shiny, smooth hair, with defined layers - a look I absolutely love, and had failed to achieve before using this. My hair stayed straight and shiny until the next wash, although the defined layers were somewhat lost - which I had expected to happen really. It was a mini hair miracle in a tube, as far as I was concerned... ...so the next time I used a bit more After Party. This was a mistake. The book is something that attempts to look back at what we all learnt whilst being at school, in terms of learning how to remember different things. Written by Judy Parkinson who has actually in fact written a number of books in a similar nature, its cover prpice is £9.99 availabe from any good book shop (although it can no doubt be purchased from any other good internet site - no doubt, for a lot cheaper!). The ISBN number fo those of you who need it, is 978-1-84317-249-9. But anyway, back to the actual book in question!
