No gold medal for Beijing 2008

Beijing 2008 Go For Gold!

Advantages: Loads of Games, Great Graphics, Good Sound
Disadvantages: Cheats on Xbox Live, Cuts your hand in running!

...Hi this is going to be a review on the game Beijing Olympics 2008 for the Xbox 360 Lets get on with it! Well this game is amazing there is loads of different games (38 over 10 sports) which makes it last for ever. I will talk a bit about a few of the games now 100 Metres in this game you have to use the left right thumb stick or rapidly press A and B like most of the running games there is one problem when using the thumb stick it hurts!!! I have about 5 cuts on my hand and a few blisters they really didn't think about it when they made it them buttons! There is also 200m 400m 110 Metre Hurdles in this its just the same as the 100 Metres except there is hurdles and to jump the hurdles you have to press the LT button or left trigger. 800 Metres and 1500 Metres in this you do the same in the 100 Metres except you don...

Beijing 2008 was dissapointing

Advantages: A few good events and good to play with friends
Disadvantages: Poor graphics, most of the events are rubbish to play

...Beijing 2008 on the XBOX 360 has some goods and bads. I bought it just after the Olympic games as I really enjoyed watching it. On the game you can do free play, training, arcade modes and the Olympic games itself which is great as you get loads of variety. Some of the events such as clay pigeon shooting and gymnastics is good but other like the sprinting is just rubbish. It is so difficult to get any form of speed up and i think the best time i have hit is about 12.5 seconds which put you well in last place. The best event in my opinion is the javellin simple to do but can still go wrong. It has a multplayer function so it is great to play against your mates so you are on a bit more of an even playing field which then makes the game fun rather than frustrating. Beijing Olympics

Advantages: More gold medals
Disadvantages: Many olympians just missed out

...The Beijing Olympics was the greatest olympics for Great Britain in the last god knows how long. Especially in the swimming pool, where Dame Rebecca Adlington bought home two god medal glories. She also broke a world record for the 400m freestyle. She was not the only Britain who bought home gold. Chris Hoy bought home an astonishing 3 gold medals for his track cycling and sprint. Christine Ohuruogu won a gold medal for her efforts in the 400m race. The 19 gold medals won by team GB were mostly for track cycling and rowing to which we can argue that the British are best.
