...Apple mac-books, where to start... ok, so to start, it is an apple, that means you get a solid quality product and on the whole very good customer are. this particualar apple is deffinatly more suited to being a media center than other laptops. At first glance you realise that it is a fairly large laptop, this allows for a big screen, which being an apple ffers clear vivid displays, unfortunatly the big screen increases the overal size and also uses more battery, however, the 4.5 hour yattery is still very good for an entertainment laptop. The laptops technical specs include a very fast 2.5 ghz dual core proccesor which is very fast, the dual core allows it to tackle multiple tasks quicly as well as increasing the overall speed of the laptop. ...actually contact them but going by the manual I think they would be helpful. INSTRUCTION MANUAL Easy to follow step by step instructions and troubleshooting guide. Shows exactly where each lead goes and how to navigate the menu?s to set it up just as you want. VALUE FOR MONEY Really you?re looking, as far as I?ve seen, anything from £400 up. But for what you get it is great. Just think of the desk space, the speakers built in and it?s 17 inches of lovely monitor. MY OPINION I?d get one for sure. Oh look I did. You can get cheaper monitors so I?d recommend looking at others too before jumping in. But personally I love it....

Superb 17 Inch Flat Screen

...I recently upgraded my office computer display to a flat screen. The choice wasn't large but the quality of the products on offer was superb. I choice the Belinea 10 17 10 TFT flat screen, resolution 1280 x 1024 with built in speakers, because it looked professional and was the most cost effective I could find. I have been using the display for 1 week now and cannot fault it. Although it is not until you see a traditional monitor that you appreciate the desk space being saved. Indeed my desk looks less cluttered with just as much 'work in progress' as before. Tip – Read the instructions that come with the panel. It does not come with software, which must be downloaded from the web site but at least that ensures the most recent versions. ...I recieved this netbook for christmas and all i can say is 'wow'! My background with computers is vast having built many and installed multiple operating systems on each, however i have never owned a laptop. Samsung NC10 Netbook

Advantages: Lots of connectivity - Big keyboard - excellent screen - Good spec

...I managed to pick up this netbook for £299 which is oustanding value - from play.com. The netbook is very light and can fit almost anywhere - it is very easy to carry around - you can set up anywhere and very easily connect to the internet where available. The netbook looks very stylish and everything is laid out well. The keyboard is the biggest i have ever seen on a netbook - its almost full size which is a bonus as I have a lot of typing to do. One disadvantage of this is that the mousepad has been made very small which is a nuisance - you do get used to it but it is not ideal. Samsung NC10 Black netbook a lightweight and excellent netbook

...I bought my NC10 to replace my laptop which was just too heavy to be carrying to and from work everyday. I purchased my NC10 on a promotion weekend from a high street store beating online prices significantly. I was trying to avoid big bulky items to carry as I was on crutches at the time. Not recommended but straight out of box into my rucksack in the shop from which it was purchased. Didn't notice much weight difference in my bag at all. The Samsung NC10 has served me dilligently now being used more and more instead of my normal laptop as battery life is excellent. I use the NC10 round the house for coursework, work and even during my work lunch. My view on Belinea 102010 15 inch Monitors

Advantages: Not Expensive
Disadvantages: Re-fresh rate is not very high

...I have bought several Belinea monitors and have been fairly impressed. The screen is very clear for a budget model. The monitor controls are on-screen and they are a little confusing at first, but you soon get used to them. Everything you need is only a couple of presses away. The main problem I had, and it?s inexcusable really ? is that the manufacturer doesn?t supply a Windows driver disc to install the monitor. I had to download on from the Internet. I have noticed that these monitors are prone to flicker more than others that I have used. This may not be the general case though, so read other people?s views on this. Overall they are very good value and reliable. They also include a three-year on-site warranty, which shows how reliable the manufactures think the product is....

SAMSUNG NP-NC10 Blue Netbook 1.6ghz Atom Processor

Advantages: Robust, Large Keyboard, Large Screen, Good Support.

...This netbook has to be one of my favourites, boasting a solid case, 10' screen and a fast bootup to Windows XP. Having played around with a few netbooks recently all boasting similar specifications, I can honestly say that I was not disappointed with this offering from Samsung. There are some negatives that let this review down slightly, so I will get these out of the way first. 1. The "\" key is located on the right side of the keyboard next to the "/" key. This takes some getting used to when swapping from a normal keyboard and you tend to select this by accident instead of the shift key. 2. There is no mobile broadband sim socket, so you have to buy one of the mobile broadband usb sticks which is fine but it would have been neater to simply keep a sim permanently in the netbook. 3. The BIOS on my netbook was out of date...
