Advantages: Protects your nano!!
Disadvantages: None so far as I can see, after four months of owning one!!

...I had a black nano, but I replaced it when the new style was released, I now have a pink nano. I owned many cases from first nano and believed that I would be able to use them with my new one. I found that my new nano was too big to fit into my old cases. I was very annoyed as I had a lovely range of cases. After much time searching on the internet I found the Belkin case for sale on the John Lewis website. It is one of the only smart looking cases which fit the new nano. The case has a padded exterior for extra protection. It protects my nano so well, I dropped it many times and it has not been damaged. Also it comes with a screen protector strip; this has been highly useful as nano screens are very prone to scratch easily. The case looks amazing; it's very soft leather and looks so smart. ...The Ipod Nano 4GB (the aluminium version) is a cracking product from Apple. Using the Nano is very easy with Windows Vista, and itunes is fast. It is a case of dragging and dropping the songs you want and itunes converts them for you. As for the IPOD its light weight and styish. Using the scroll wheel can be a bit of an issue (especially on a cold morning), but you get used to it. Music quality is very good, bass is also passed though the earphones vrey well. You can also store photos on this version of the ipod, though it can use alot of the battery power. The biggest disadvantage is that the product gets scratched very easily, I would certainly recommend a belkin nano case (not just the skin as its a silicon shrink wrap).... Read review

...When I purchased my Ipod nano, I have heard plenty about how easily they are damaged so I made sure along side its purchase I ordered a case. I chose this on because it was a Belkin case which I like that brand. It also was white to match the Ipod and it also looked quite appealing to me for my tastes. Unfortunately the case was quite expensive coming in at about 15 pounds from the apple website but at least I was pleased to se it came with a "free/something to make it seem like your money was well spent" screen protector. The protector itself is a little film of plastic that is non-adhesive so it does not stick to your screen for easy removal. The case is made of nice looking quality leather. It is stitched so it's not just cheaply glued together. The inside is very soft and smooth so it is not to scratch the delicate mirror... Read review

...I am an obsessive music lover,my ipod goes everywhere with Me and I mean everywhere,laughs!!! so when I was off on my hols I just had to make sure I would not run out of power 30,000 feet in the air, half way into a 14 hour flight. Like many folk.I love my ipod video but let"s face it the battery life is crap,especially if you watch any videos,so I thought I would try and save a wee bit of money and buy a backup battery,duty free. Advantages: Easy to use, cheap, as good as your stereo

...to set the Belkin volume control higher. Looks: Chunky, black, smooth, easy to see buttons, four preset/memory buttons, and up down buttons that can be used for tuning and/or volume. Sounds: I had an 'Axia X' device before which had good sound, but this is so much better, very little interference, and that is only when travelling near a pirate station that is tuned to your frequency, no problem, press another of your presets, and gone. The sound is as crisp and clear as your speakers, after all that is what the device uses. You can set the TuneBase to mono or stereo, stereo is the default. The whole device is really sturdy which is good as one will probably take it out the car regularly, though I leave mine in (not the ipod though). It is also extremely flexible, set on a bendy, thick wire based support so it is easy to manipulate... Read review

...can't say if any other versions would fit it, my guess would be yes but they might slip around making the controls hard to use if the case is too big as it's rigid-sided. I know Belkin do make similar cases for the new Nano but I'm not sure about older models. When I opened up the packaging and put my iPod inside, it slipped in easily and the cover clicked straight on without having to line it up. Definitely not as fiddly as I'd envisaged and as I'm always taking it out to pop it on top of my speakers this is a major plus because it takes no time at all. My initial impression was that the case was well made and tough, you would definitely have a job trying to damage your iPod through this (although not so sure why you'd want to!). ...After a bike accident in which smashed my old ipod nano 1G and after 3 days in hospital without it to listen to i bought a IPOD NANO 3G Black 8GB, it i great the sound quality is good with new headphones however the ipod earphones are not great and it has a equalizer to match the sort of music you play, and the amount to choose from is huge, the screen is incredibley bright and clear and can be adjusted and when playing video the quality was way better than my digital TV. 8GB is plenty of room for movies and music as the videos are compressed for ipod compatibility. The itunes software does not allow you to do this however free programs are available that do. The ipod it very easy to use and some really cool games which make use of the good screen as well as other features like alarm clock, power off timer, contacts, notes, stopwatch... Read review

...I bought this after I got tired of my old silicone case and wanted somthing more smart looking. I saw this in an airport shop for £20.00 and bought it right away. I seem to have been grossly overcharged, but no matter. Looks: The case is made of black leather that becomes shiny as you use it. It is stitched up smartly all around the edge of the leather with grey cotton. There are holes for the screen, clickwheel, hold button and head phones, as well as the spaces at the top and bottom that you can see in the picture. Ease of Use: There's nothing tricky about it whatsoever. The iPod goes in the bottom and is held in by a small but elegant strap of grey cotton that has a popper on. you can see it in the picture, but for some reason it is attached to a large climbling clip. ...I recently took up running, for about three days... And in order to keep me going I thought I might need to keep my music with me, trouble being the iPod being the delicate little beast it is does not want to sit happily in a pocket, it wants to come out and say hello to the world. I decided that the iPod Touch Sport Armband by Belkin would be a safe investment, the iPod being protected by a case and then secured to your arm by a wristband. Day one of running was fine, it was cold so I wore a longer length, I had music with me wherever I went. But day two told a different story, I secured the strap to my naked skin (well my arm at least). Having done so I ran quite happily for about 30 meters, the strap on the case dropped down my arm, about eight or nine inches to be precise. I pulled it up, it slipped down, I pulled it up...
