It gives Jerry a run for its money

Advantages: Its a good little mover
Disadvantages: You may find it a bit small

ON, OFF, ON, OFF,ON OFF!!!AND FINALLY ON!!!!!!
Review of Belkin High-Speed Mode Wireless G Router wireless router by oliridg

Advantages: Wide signal area, small neat and tidy and easy to set up(wire wise).
Disadvantages: inconsistant connection, poor install guide, terrible customer service and often needs resetting

..., as it is when installing the software. The install guide runs reasonably simply if you know what type of IP address your ISP has. You are asked if you have a static dynamic or a couple of other types of IP there is a sheet that states certain internet companies though these seem to be mainly American companies so I had to contact my ISP to find this out as I'm not knowledgeable on this subject. Other than that the install is quite simple asking you to connect certain wires at certain times before turning the wireless router on! Once installed and now that I have a working router I am actually quite happy with it, the signal strength is great I get signal all over my house and garden and never suffer a low period of signal as some of my friends do with other routers. Hopefully this router will last and my confidence restored with Belkin... Read review

Crash bang wallop!
Review of Belkin 54g Wireless PCMCIA card by craigmc73

Advantages: Easy to install
Disadvantages: Crashes my machine!

...I bought the Belkin range of products so I could setup a wi-fi network at home. I have the Belkin 54g Router and also have a Belkin 11g card in my desktop at home, so with this set-up successfully I bought the 54g notebook card for my laptop. All were fairly easy to setup but I imagine it could be tricky if you have no networking knowledge. So all installed and ready to go. My laptop has never been the same since. I manage to work for between 10 - 60 mins then it's crash time, computer screen just freezes! This happens around 5 - 10 times a day something that never happened prior to the installation of this card. So technical support i thought, wrong! After waiting for around 45 mins on the dedicated support line I ended up putting the phone down. Email them. So i emailed them with my problem. Around 4 days later I get... Read review

Belkin Wireless G Notebook Card
Review of Belkin Wireless G Plus Notebook Card Network adapter by D4DDYF

Advantages: Wireless Internet
Disadvantages: None

...The Belkin Wireless Notebook Card is a good product. the card is only for LAPTOPS not for computers. the good thing about this product is that just say your in your bedroom or in your kitcen or maybe in your garden you can use the internet without any wires and no hassle at all. but you have to remember you need to have a belkin wireless internet network to make this product work for your laptop. I have my very own Belkin Wireless G Notebook card and it runs as fast as when i use to have an ethernet connection i.e. cable internet connection. When i bought my newtwork card it cost me £25.00 but on ciao they are giving you a really good price for it so i recommend buying the product. if you have any questions please let me know and i will be at assistance Hope I Was Useful Thanks For Reading... A very useful, easy-to-use product.
Review of Belkin Bluetooth USB Adapter by duracellbunny

Advantages: Does the job
Disadvantages: None

..., or send MP3's, ring tones, games or pictures from your computer to your phone. Bluetooth is much faster than infra-red, and the range is sufficient to move around the room whilst you are using it. I found the software that Belkin provided uneccessary and inferior to the drivers already included with Windows XP. You should find that the windows Bluetooth icon appears in the system tray when you connect the device, and basic functionality is provided from here. Most mobile phones are provided with a software CD that include the necessary software for transferring files, songs and pictures to and from your phone. If you've lost it, this software is often available to download from the manufacturer's website. These often allow additional functionality: for example, the Nokia software allows you to backup all of your contacts to your PC... Read review

What a Beltin' Belkin Router!!
Review of Belkin ADSL2+ Modem with High-Speed Mode Wireless-G Router - wireless router by mattyprice4004

Advantages: Great wireless range, Futureproof, Nice looking, Fast!
Disadvantages: Some may say it looks a little chunky

...The Belkin first struck me as a bit odd, really. Alongside it in the local PC shop were simpleton designs from companies such as 3COM and DLink for £80-£90, then there was the lovely-looking and future-proof Belkin for £69. Confused? So was I. Anyway, as you would expect, I took the Belkin to it's new home on a dusty shelf in my room. It was a simple case of Plug and Play really (Not Plug and Pray as with so many other routers). Within 5 minutes of opening the box I was happily browsing the Web, with the router sat happily flashing it's little lights at me from accross the room. And thats it really - To this day the router lives - and I have had it for 9 months and counting. Not ONE other router has made it past the 3 month mark (I don't know why either). I have a home-based Web server, and the Belkin makes light work of forwarding... Read review

Route Me This Way---> ALL THE WAY TO BELKIN -__-"
Review of Belkin Cable/DSL Gateway Router 4-port - router by Saiyan

Advantages: Belkin Lifetime Warranty and free technical support, Compact! saves space
Disadvantages: Manual's contents are limited - doesn't go into depth.

...************************************************** Edit - I changed the title to this review - as the other title seemed to be too technical and scared of many readers - enjoy! ^^ ***************************************** Introduction ---------------------- Before I actually start my review about the Belkin 4 port router I believe it’s fairly important just to summarize the meaning of a router as many people wouldn’t have come across the term or device before. A router is like a hub on a network but has much more facilities on it. Note: A hub is a device in a network that that acts as a gateway between numbers of computers to connect them within a group so that they can communicate with each via packets, etc. Though the router has ‘hub’ like features, the reason they are more effective and costly is because the router... Belkin Wireless Keyboard
Review of Belkin Wireless PDA Keyboard keyboard by RICOUK

Advantages: Compact, simple connection
Disadvantages: takes time to set up in the first place

.... However, I contacted Belkin and within four days they replied saying that I could send it to them and they will replace it. The service of Belkin is excellent and I hope they keep to their word. A good overall keyboard, as long as you look after the hinge it will last more than four months.... Read review

Belkin 4 port - can't cut the virtual mustard
Review of Belkin Cable/DSL Gateway Router router by exup35

Advantages: looks, size
Disadvantages: cant handle large amounts of internet traffic/ poor backup

...Now that I had two PC's and wanted to share the internet connection I was advised to get a router. Not wanting the hassle of a wireless setup which I didn't really need. I went for the Belkin 4 port wired router. The unit looks quite attractive, and can stack with other belkin units as it has grooves and ridges to allow this. At first things seemed OK, Installation was pretty quick, and I could browse the internet, chat to friends over IM programs and talk on VoIP. However once I tried to connect to an online game, the problems started. After only a couple of minutes hte router would sudenly close the connection: not only the game connection, but everything. The only way I could restore any connection to the net was to restart, or even turn the router off and then on again. I searched through the ADSL guide which has advice... Read review

Good, solid router.
Review of Belkin ADSL2+ Modem with High-Speed Mode Wireless-G Router - wireless router by Honest.John

Advantages: Good price, good range, trusted manufacturer, easy to use software.
Disadvantages: Sometimes needs to be re-booted.

...I changed from a Netgear wireless router (still working fine at my mums house) to this Belkin ADSL 2+ about 9 months ago. The main reason for the change was because my Netgear router just wasn't powerful enough to work on my laptop when I was in some of the rooms downstairs. This is not a problem with the Belkin and I tend to get good or excellent coverage in most rooms in my house. The Belkin also came with a USB receiver which works well on my desktop PC. The User Interface (UI) that comes with the Belkin is straightforward to use and it can be secured quite easily and quickly once connected. I personally prefer the Netgear UI, although not enough to worry about too much. I occasionally find myself having to unplug then power up the router so that my laptop can find it OK. I do not know why this is, but I had similar issues... Read review
