If you've bought computer peripherals before, you will probably be familiar with Belkin, who are particularly well-known for their USB products. Belkin make all sorts of cables, including a variety of ethernet network cables. This is a Cat 5 standard network cable (coloured red, but you can get it in many other colours, including black, grey, yellow, green, blue etc). One of the major problems with network cables is their tendency to snag when bent through a small radius, and because of the way the individual wires are twisted around eachother inside the cable, this can lead to network errors. Its easy to use when connecting your consumer electronics together and has always been a success. It comes with pins for every ports you will need to connect and the cable is very good. Its strong enough and will hardly wears out. This is due to the fact that the cables are thicker. You will always need to know that you can never have your electronics at home better connected without cables and as such, you should be prepared for buying good cables. ...I bought this for plugging in my computer because the power supply I had to buy did not include one. There isn't much to say on a power cable so this is about all I could think of. My main reasons for choosing this where because I knew Belkin is a very respectable brand for when it comes to electronic connector cables and its length suited my needs perfectly. I found that the cable fits very snugly into the back of my computer so that when it gets knocked about for some reason (kicking from mad frustration during games :) ) then it does not fall out. It is easily strong enough to hold its own weight in so it doesn't pull itself out- which is a problem one of my crappy computer monitors was having. ...the I needed to go away and get a VGA cable to hook it up and that's what I did. Since I have alot of things around my TV (lots of computers things and electricity) I didnt want any sort of crosstalk (disturbance on the cable from other electrical devices- its quite rare now but not unheard of) I made sure that i got a double shielded wire, the best one of these that i could find was the Belkin PRO series. This basically means that it has 2x the amount of protective sheath around the cable so that nothing can get through and distort the signal. Belkin are one of the leaders in computer products, they make everything from routers to cables and I have a few of their products and they have never gone wrong for me, so I trust them and their products. This cable is 16 gauge, the lower the number the thicker the cable, the thicker cable the better. This is made from oxygen free copper of 99.99% purity - as good as it gets with this size of cable. This cable is pretty good value, when I bought this cable last year, it was £20 for the 30 metres. The cable is more than good enough for most standard hifi sytems, but if your speakers allow to be bi wired ( having 2 cables per speaker) it is best to use dedicated bi-wire. Nicotinell TTS 30 Patch programme

Advantages: Help conquer withdrawal, no sticky residue

...I have stop/started smoking numerous times!, and often with the help of patches. Just remember that all the patches do is give you your drug in a different form (nicotine). The 30's are full strength and can give you very wacky dreams! They certainly stop the craving while wearing them. As you move down through the strength the idea is to wean yourself off...so really you are just delaying the will power bit at the end.After the 10s you are on your own! Nicotinell patches are to be worn 24hrs as opposed to Nicorette patches which you take off at night, so at least with Nicotinell you don't wake up with the morning craving for a ciggi. Also they don't leave nasty sticky black residue on your skin like Nicorette patches. If I was Nicotinell I would market them as the ideal way to get you through a long haul flight without climbing...
