Armband that caters for both men and women
Review of Belkin Sport Armband Plus For iPod classic Arm pack MP3 player by
pyu1
Advantages: Nice tight fit. Cable Capsule very useful for runners. Washable.
Disadvantages: Key holder is useless
...Currently not available in the UK, I bought mine from ebay which arrived today posted from the US. Belkin states that it is designed for the iPod Classic 80Gb and 160 Gb. However, my iPod is from the 4th generation (the first one capable of showing photos) and it manages to fit. The fabric behind the plastic screen is elastic which holds the iPod tight.
There is a cable capsule which particularly useful for runners keeping the excess cable away. This is also detachable. There is also a slight pocket which allows you to store a key. I imagine that this was done for gym users to store their locker key. Don't expect to be able to store your house keys in there (unless you only have one key to your house).
The strap is fully adjustable using a metal hook and loop system. Basically, a metal hook slides into one of those loops you can see...

Cute and Compact
Review of Belkin Sports Sleeve For iPod mini Protective sleeve MP3 player by
Amyea3
Advantages: small, comfortable, easy to use, looks good, prevents scratches.
Disadvantages: If you don't do much exercise it may not be worth it
...difficult was the hold button, i had to pretty much dig my finger right in there to press it, which wasn't easy and made it feel like if you pressed it too hard the whole band would fall off your belt, arm or wherever you have attached it. You can also hang the mini from your neck using a lanyard which comes with it. This felt even less safe to me.
What's Included: IPod sleeve, armband, swivel belt clip, lanyard, easy to read user's manual.
If your going to be doing a lot of workouts using this, or you would take your IPod along with you on runs or something then at this price I don't think you can really fault it. Having the thing hanging from your arm can take some getting used to, and the first time I tried it i was worried that whilst running the band would just fly right off. I've also used it on the bike and fund that the belt can...

Crash bang wallop!
Review of Belkin 54g Wireless PCMCIA card by
craigmc73
Advantages: Easy to install
Disadvantages: Crashes my machine!
...I bought the Belkin range of products so I could setup a wi-fi network at home.
I have the Belkin 54g Router and also have a Belkin 11g card in my desktop at home, so with this set-up successfully I bought the 54g notebook card for my laptop.
All were fairly easy to setup but I imagine it could be tricky if you have no networking knowledge.
So all installed and ready to go.
My laptop has never been the same since. I manage to work for between 10 - 60 mins then it's crash time, computer screen just freezes!
This happens around 5 - 10 times a day something that never happened prior to the installation of this card.
So technical support i thought, wrong!
After waiting for around 45 mins on the dedicated support line I ended up putting the phone down.
Email them. So i emailed them with my problem. Around 4 days later I get...

Belkin Wireless G Notebook Card
Review of Belkin Wireless G Plus Notebook Card Network adapter by
D4DDYF
Advantages: Wireless Internet
Disadvantages: None
...The Belkin Wireless Notebook Card is a good product. the card is only for LAPTOPS not for computers. the good thing about this product is that just say your in your bedroom or in your kitcen or maybe in your garden you can use the internet without any wires and no hassle at all. but you have to remember you need to have a belkin wireless internet network to make this product work for your laptop. I have my very own Belkin Wireless G Notebook card and it runs as fast as when i use to have an ethernet connection i.e. cable internet connection. When i bought my newtwork card it cost me £25.00 but on ciao they are giving you a really good price for it so i recommend buying the product. if you have any questions please let me know and i will be at assistance
Hope I Was Useful

What a Beltin' Belkin Router!!
Review of Belkin ADSL2+ Modem with High-Speed Mode Wireless-G Router - wireless router by
mattyprice4004
Advantages: Great wireless range, Futureproof, Nice looking, Fast!
Disadvantages: Some may say it looks a little chunky
...The Belkin first struck me as a bit odd, really. Alongside it in the local PC shop were simpleton designs from companies such as 3COM and DLink for £80-£90, then there was the lovely-looking and future-proof Belkin for £69. Confused? So was I.
Anyway, as you would expect, I took the Belkin to it's new home on a dusty shelf in my room. It was a simple case of Plug and Play really (Not Plug and Pray as with so many other routers). Within 5 minutes of opening the box I was happily browsing the Web, with the router sat happily flashing it's little lights at me from accross the room.
And thats it really - To this day the router lives - and I have had it for 9 months and counting. Not ONE other router has made it past the 3 month mark (I don't know why either).
I have a home-based Web server, and the Belkin makes light work of forwarding...

Peace of mind for only £17
Review of Belkin Sports Jacket For iPod mini Case MP3 player by
toxicreviewer
Advantages: Protects the I-Pod Mini, easy to grip silicone, doesn't need to be removed to charge I-Pod
Disadvantages: Difficult to fit
...and for the USB to be connected without having to remove the jacket.
I have dropped my IPod since installing the Sports Jacket and it has suffered no damage at all, if anything it seems to bounce! The jacket has picked up a bit of dirt between the ridges of the silicone but this is easy to clear off using a damp cloth. I cannot make any comparisons with any other similar products on sale for the IPod Mini as I haven't used them, but I am very pleased with my purchase and I have the peace of mind to know that when I am struck by a bout being clumsy I won't have to replace my IPod again.
If you own an IPod Mini I would strongly suggest you protect it and purchase the Belkin Sports Jacket....

Belkin Wireless Keyboard
Review of Belkin Wireless PDA Keyboard keyboard by
RICOUK
Advantages: Compact, simple connection
Disadvantages: takes time to set up in the first place
.... However, I contacted Belkin and within four days they replied saying that I could send it to them and they will replace it. The service of Belkin is excellent and I hope they keep to their word.
A good overall keyboard, as long as you look after the hinge it will last more than four months....

BELKIN MAKES HOME NETWORKING A DODDLE
Review of Belkin Network Starter Kit by
cobnutty
Advantages: Very easy to install
Disadvantages: More back of PC wires to hide
...Thanks to Belkin, I am now the proud system administrator of a large number of PC's.... 2 to be precise!! I made my original purchase of the Belkin home network starter kit from PC World with disastrous results (please see my separate opinion for PC World)
The kit comprises of 2 10/100 Ethernet cards, 25ft of cable and all the software needed to make installation easy and painless. This includes Belkin 'Netshare' and Belkin 'Netsetup'. During installation I found it necessary to contact the company's product support help line due to the fact that I am sometimes a Pratt and occasionally find it difficult to read the simplest of instructions!! The technical support line was, for a change, a national telephone number and the call lasted only about 2 minutes. The person at the other end of the line was very human and promptly forwarded...

Belkin 4 port - can't cut the virtual mustard
Review of Belkin Cable/DSL Gateway Router router by
exup35
Advantages: looks, size
Disadvantages: cant handle large amounts of internet traffic/ poor backup
...Now that I had two PC's and wanted to share the internet connection I was advised to get a router. Not wanting the hassle of a wireless setup which I didn't really need. I went for the Belkin 4 port wired router.
The unit looks quite attractive, and can stack with other belkin units as it has grooves and ridges to allow this.
At first things seemed OK, Installation was pretty quick, and I could browse the internet, chat to friends over IM programs and talk on VoIP.
However once I tried to connect to an online game, the problems started. After only a couple of minutes hte router would sudenly close the connection: not only the game connection, but everything. The only way I could restore any connection to the net was to restart, or even turn the router off and then on again.
I searched through the ADSL guide which has advice...

Good, solid router.
Review of Belkin ADSL2+ Modem with High-Speed Mode Wireless-G Router - wireless router by
Honest.John
Advantages: Good price, good range, trusted manufacturer, easy to use software.
Disadvantages: Sometimes needs to be re-booted.
...I changed from a Netgear wireless router (still working fine at my mums house) to this Belkin ADSL 2+ about 9 months ago. The main reason for the change was because my Netgear router just wasn't powerful enough to work on my laptop when I was in some of the rooms downstairs. This is not a problem with the Belkin and I tend to get good or excellent coverage in most rooms in my house.
The Belkin also came with a USB receiver which works well on my desktop PC.
The User Interface (UI) that comes with the Belkin is straightforward to use and it can be secured quite easily and quickly once connected. I personally prefer the Netgear UI, although not enough to worry about too much.
I occasionally find myself having to unplug then power up the router so that my laptop can find it OK. I do not know why this is, but I had similar issues...
