...The Hotel The Bellevue hotel is a three star hotel and has 36 rooms, which are all nicely decorated in either burgundy or blue tones. It is a four storey building with lots of parisian style. The hotel is a small independantly run hotel which is in a fantastic location 19 Rue d' orsel, 7518 Paris which is at the foot of the Sacre Coeur church in Montmartre. I had pre-booked a taxi online when I booked this break. Taxi was from the Charles de Gaulle airport and when we arrived the Bellevue Hotel was lit up outside and looked very warm and welcoming. The hotel has a small reception desk which is open twenty four hours and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. At the side of the reception desk there is a large rack with lots of tourist information leaflets on where to go and places of interest...

Bellevue apartments

Advantages: Plenty to do for familys
Disadvantages: not as much to do during the day as the night

...I have to be honest when me and and my boyfriend booked to stay at the bellevue apartments on the 26th of august 02 (selfcatering), located in pueto de alcudia, it sonded to good to be true. We wanted a place that provided lots of things for children because we were taking my then five year old son and my ten year old niece. Between what the brochures said, the travel agents and friends who had been there,this place sounded amazing. When we arrived at the bellevue the first thing we noticed was the loverly gardens, our apartment (lida 1) had 3 floors. We requested before we went an apartment on a high floor so we would have a better view, so they put us on the third floor as requested. The apartment had one bedroom with a double bed, there was a single bed and double sofa bed in the living area A kitchen with a fridge...

The Bellevue - an ideal base in Amsterdam

Disadvantages: No tea/coffee, bathroom may put off some people

...We stayed at the Bellevue Hotel during August 2007; the price was 387 euros for 3 nights. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the Bellevue, and the central location is ideal for exploring Amsterdam - the hotel is situated just a few minutes from Centraal Station. Room: The Bellevue is a very clean and bright hotel - our room was very modern and clean, with comfortable beds (2 twins pushed together for a double, might bother some), a flat screen TV on the wall and a funky bathroom. There is no separate shower cubicle, just a shower curtain and drain, so be careful on the floor! There is a lack of storage in the bathroom with just one small shelf, but for a short stay it shouldn't be a problem. There was also a safe deposit box, hairdryer, air con, and heating. Size-wise, the rooms were adequate - not big, but enough room for 2...

Belle-Vue's Tun and Cherry

...I don't know whether or not it has a beautiful view, but the BELLE VUE brewery in Molenbeek has been all but swallowed up by the urban sprawl of Brussels. The brewery dates from 1913, but was taken over by the giant Interbrew group in 1991. They brew a few different beers, but their most famous is a lambic called BELLE-VUE KRIEK. ? THE STYLE ? Lambics are unique to Belgium. Unmalted wheat is fermented with wild yeasts (originally, all beers were fermented this way). The main brewers of lambic beers are dotted around Brussels where the style first originated in the valley of the Zenne River, in the area of the town of Lembeek. The basic Lambic Beer has a winey, or possibly sour flavour. It's usually quite sharp, but also dry. The sharpness is often moderated with the addition of fruit - in this case black cherries...

Bellevue apartments alcudia

Advantages: good entertainment,
Disadvantages: noise, lack of cleanliness

...A few years back we where undecided as to where we should go for our summer hols. So I drew the short straw and off I set to the travel agents. The girl in Thomas Cook was very helpful, and suggested Majorca, we had never been there before and she made it sound so nice I decided this was to be our destination. She recommended the Bellevue apartments in Alcudia, from the brochure these apartments sounded very appealing, 3 star, up to eight swimming pools to chose from, plenty of entertainment they sounded right for a family of four. Our flight from Belfast was at midnight, which really gets the hols of to a good start (I don't think so!) especially after a 2 hour delay, but anyway. When we got to the complex we where surprised by the number of apartment blocks on the one site, from memory I think there are about 10 different...

Great hotel in a super location

Advantages: Location, price, facilities, decor, cleanliness, breakfast
Disadvantages: Not much storage space, non-superior rooms not so good

...the hotel directly, either by telephone or email, to discuss rates and room options. Standard rooms would be cheaper still, although we were very pleased with our rate for our three nights in August. All-in-all we would highly recommend the Bellevue Hotel. We would most definitely stay here again if ever we returned to Amsterdam....

...Just back from my holiday in Alcudia. We stayed in the Bellevue Apartments. I have to say, it was a huge disappointment. When i booked this holiday i requested a ground floor apartment. When i arrive i was giving the mirnerva 2 on the 7th floor so apart from one floor we were at the top. Inside my room i did recieve the cot i had requested however - under the kitchen sink was leaking which made the whole room smell. I did report it but nothing was done about it. The floor was filthy. I had to constantly brush it myself as the maid who is supposed to come in everyday only came in twice in the fortnight i was there. I reported this too, not to be a pest but because the rooms werent getting cleaned the bins wernt getting emptied and i had nappies in mine which really should had to be emptied every day. Advantages: Lots to see and do, nice weather, friendly people
Disadvantages: Costs of flights, not "usual" tourist spot!

...Well I was hoping to find some reviews on Bellevue and Seattle, so I thought that I would attempt to write a good one! Well the flight from London Heathrow (direct) is around 8.5 to 9 hours. Its not a bad flight but there is only one service that offers direct flights, the others all offer flights with changes, which is a bit impractical. However, when you get there (Seattle-Tacoma) its quite a way from Seattle, so its quite a journey to the city or to Bellevue (the city next to it!). The city is surrounded by several lakes, which you will see on your journey to the city. Lake Washington, Lake Union, Lake Sammmamish, the list goes on... It's a beautiful city with lots of greenery and mountains. There are lots of scenic points where you can see the surrounding mountains, including Mount St Helens (the famous volcano). There are...
