A Monster of a Ben10 Scooter!

Advantages: Smart looking scooter. Sturdy and well made. My son loves his!
Disadvantages: Secret fold out drawer and little alien figures are a little bit of a gimmick

...My six year old son is obsessed by the Ben 10 cartoon series, currently showing on the Cartoon Network TV channel. The programme itself features a boy (Ben) who can transform himself into alien super-heroes by using his omnitrix (a sort of watch) and defeats villians using his special powers. As with any successful children's programme, there is an abundance of spin-off products available designed to part parents from their cash - little figures (got them), DVDs (got them) and now even a scooter emblazoned with Ben 10 images. As far as tv programme merchandise goes, this scooter is actually of surprisingly good quality and, to be fair, not badly priced. We did some price comparisons before buying this for our son's birthday last September and found the cheapest stockist then to be Argos (at £34.99 compared to the RRP of £39.99.) Yes...

Ben 10 Bed set is great value and excellent quality.

Advantages: Great quality, washes up lovely, and great range of matching products.
Disadvantages: It could be a little cheaper.

...I brought A Ben 10 Bed set for my 6 year old son he loves it. In my opinion it is of high quality and great value It has poppers which makes my job easier when changing the bed. It has not faided out like other bed sets I have bought and I could not believe all the other matching products I can get to go with it . I have also put it in the tumble dryer and it has come out fine and no need to iron. I think that it is a Brilliant product and i would recommend it to any one with young children. My son thinks it is wonderful and wants to have it on his bed all the time. From my point of view It would make a great Christmas gift or Birthday presant....

...I recieved this netbook for christmas and all i can say is 'wow'! My background with computers is vast having built many and installed multiple operating systems on each, however i have never owned a laptop. Therefore i was a little dubious about some of the things such as keyboard size, processing power and battery life. I was looking for a laptop which is very small in physical size while packing a punch so it could still carry out multiple tasks. Buying a full size (15.4") laptop seemed a bit pointlesss as i have two tower pc's which are my main machines, so this was just to be about casual surfing/ reading emails/ browsing while on the move. Samsung NC10 Netbook

Advantages: Lots of connectivity - Big keyboard - excellent screen - Good spec
Disadvantages: bad sleeve to store netbook - battery life not that long - small touchpad

...I managed to pick up this netbook for £299 which is oustanding value - from play.com. The netbook is very light and can fit almost anywhere - it is very easy to carry around - you can set up anywhere and very easily connect to the internet where available. The netbook looks very stylish and everything is laid out well. The keyboard is the biggest i have ever seen on a netbook - its almost full size which is a bonus as I have a lot of typing to do. One disadvantage of this is that the mousepad has been made very small which is a nuisance - you do get used to it but it is not ideal. The specs for this netbook are impressive I mean a massive 160GB hard drive, a 10.2 inch screen. 1 GB of RAM and a 1.6GHZ intel atom processor. ...I bought my NC10 to replace my laptop which was just too heavy to be carrying to and from work everyday. I purchased my NC10 on a promotion weekend from a high street store beating online prices significantly. I was trying to avoid big bulky items to carry as I was on crutches at the time. Not recommended but straight out of box into my rucksack in the shop from which it was purchased. Didn't notice much weight difference in my bag at all. The Samsung NC10 has served me dilligently now being used more and more instead of my normal laptop as battery life is excellent. I use the NC10 round the house for coursework, work and even during my work lunch. The screen is bright and very easy to read, I primarily use the NC10 at home for surfing the net to shop and for music in the background. I have an extensive playlist on Spotify...

...and again, this doesn't seem to be a problem this year. The sound quality still isn't very good though. All of your stats are still saved within your 'Player HUB' and online leaderboards are there as always. The leaderboards at the moment appear to rank the top 10,000 in the world and top 10,000 in each country. At the moment I'm ranked around 7000 in GB, but don't have a ranking spot in the world rankings. 10v10 Team Play is still here. You can now play friends more easily. Previously when I wanted to play with just my friends I had to create a room then start as quick as possible without anyone else joining (there may have been an easier way), but now you can invite your friends to a private game. Nothing could really have been improved here unless they included the goalkeeper or substitutes, so when you're fed up with your real friends...

After a cold and damp 2008 summer we were suffering from condensation and mould problems in spite of extractor fans in both kitchen and bathroom. Time to dehumidify! We bought our DEM 10 at Curry's for £99.99. It is compact, easily moved with a fold-out top carry handle and absolutely idiot proof in use. The level of humidity that the unit will pull down to can be controlled via a knob on top of the housing and there is a full tank warning light. The water tank is transparent so that the water level can be seen at a glance and the tank is so easy to remove for emptying - and, more importantly, to replace. Try some of the competition! A length of polythene hose is supplied to enable continuous draining should you want to leave the unit...
