...I recently stayed at the Flamingo Benidorm Hotel in Benidorm, Spain for 7 nights between the 17th and 24th October 2006. LOCATION The Hotel is located about 800 metres inland from Levante Beach, and about the same distance from the Old Town. It is set in one of the quieter parts of the resort on a slight incline. It is not to be confused with two other Hotels in Benidorm that have similar names; The Flamingo Oasis Benidorm and the Flamingo Aparthotel. Fantastic benidorm hotel flamingo oasis

Advantages: Either for a family holday or just a adult gettaway
Disadvantages: none in my opinion

...I have stayed at this hotel about three or four times, but many more times in benidorm however this is by far the best hotel in benidorm in my opinion.from arriving the staff are just so friendly and welcoming they really can not do enough for you, there is a very wide range of entertainment starting from nine in the morning through until the early hours. during the day there have water activities for both adults and children, also daytime disco kareoke on an evening the entertainment is aimed for both adults and children totally family friendly, the food at the hotel was far above what i was expecting the food varies from day to day, they serve food from breakfast to midnight. there is also a small bar and resteraunt out side by the pool were you can grab a burger normally i like to explore out of the hotel however for the full week i...

The best hotel in the tourist trap of Benidorm

Advantages: Good service,great location, fine food.
Disadvantages: entertainment.

...Benidorm is full of third rate hotels catering mostly for the mass British tourist market. It is easy to see why it is so popular,with a great climate,blue flag beaches,good transport links,and close to a number of theme parks.Finding a good hotel however is another matter.Most of the Benidorm hotels are booked by the large travel companies and to be honest with a few exceptions remain cheap and cheerfull. The Don Pancho however is another matter. The WOW factor begins when you arrive as you walk thru the Mayan themed garden, with river and waterfall,to enter the hotel. The check in is one of the quickest in Spain and you are then taken along with your luggage to your room (unheard off in the rest of Benidorm hotels.) Hotel Riudor Benidorm ~ Basic Good Value

Advantages: Location in Rincon de Loix near Levante Beach
Disadvantages: Noise from surrounding bars - but that's Benidorm!

...The Riudor is one of those sort of "standard" Benidorm hotels. The Location is rather good, its listed as being on the Avenida Mediterraneo, but that's only the address, the swimming pool area fronts onto the Avenida, whilst the real entrance is towards the back of the hotel in a small passageway there. Drop off points from the airport will always end up here, as there is then only about twenty metres from the coach or taxi to the hotel front entrance. Local taxis will always drop here also, they know where the entrance is! Levante Beach is only a few minutes walk, and most rooms at the hotel have some sort of sea view through the buildings from each of the hotel balconies. Bus stops into the Old Town and out of Benidorm are about 120 mteres and 160 metres away, turn right out of the hotel down the passage to the Avenida...

...this hotel is slap bang in middle of all the entertainment in benidorm so would be ideal for those seeking bar crawling really cheap. the beach is literally down the road from the hotel, id say about 200metres away. the beach is really and not so overcrowded as you would think it be in the summer. plenty of shops and mini markets about (also those taccy shops that sell crap but we love them dont we haha). the hotel is very clean and shiny. alot of spanish residents come to this hotel too so be wary because some are quite rude and think they own it. the rooms are decent sizes, no kettle or sink though because you get everything full board at this hotel. you get a small tv, twin or double bed, nice bathroom and a really good balcony. if you have the balcony facing the pool then you have the best view because they have nightly...

Advantages: plenty to do, sun, sea
Disadvantages: no disadvantages

...For my honeymoon last July we wemt to Benidorm and it was the best holiday that we have had had. I'd go back there again. There are people of all ages there, and things to do for everyone. You would never be bored of things to do. Benidorm is split in to two parts, the old town and the new town. The old town is where the locals live and is quieter and the new town is where the tourists go and is very lively. We stayed in the new town but did go to the old town a few times. There is a theme park called terra mittica, where there are quite a few rides to go on. This theme park opened last summer. The theme park is in sections and named after different countries. There are different rides for adults and children. There is a rollercoaster which I did not go on as I do not like them, waterlog, a ride like the pepsi max at Blackpool...

SHORT FLIGHT TO BETTER WEATHER

Advantages: An all inclusive hotel
Disadvantages: The garden swimming pool doesn't get much sun in winter.

...~~~~~I have updated this review by adding contact details~~~~~ We have been to the Flamingo Oasis Hotel in Benidorm, three times - January 2004, then again in December 2004 and most recently January 2006. You've probably realised by now that this will be a favourable review of this hotel. So... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On arrival the the hotel looks like any other high rise hotel in Benidorm except that there is an illuminated Flamingo on the exterior of the building, above the entrance doors, this pink bird is almost the height of the hotel and when lit up at night is strikingly PINK! In through the impressive circular doorway and you enter a lobby of wonderful proportions and mostly of marble with some wood, also you get your first glimse of the oasis - this is really hard to describe and I would suggest you visit the hotel...

Hotel Prince Park- Our first holiday alone

Advantages: Clean, cheap, nice location, friendly, good facilitys
Disadvantages: food fairly good.

...Last September, I and 4 other friends went on out first holiday away alone and our destination was Benidorm, staying at the Prince Park Hotel. Location The main aim for out hotel was to enjoy the night life of Benidorm, which indeed we could as we were a short taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk from the strip of bars and clubs. This hotel was a little further away from the centre of Benidorm than we thought, but this deffinatly was to our advantage as the noisy night life continues through the night, and at the end of you nights out we could escape back to or hotel to get some sleep un-disturbed. Flamingo Oasis a stressfree, calm and fun pack holiday.

Advantages: Close to shops, the sea front, great food and entertainment
Disadvantages: No tea making facilities in the guest rooms

The food is delicious and the hotel provides for all types of diets. During the week they will have themed nights in the resturant and have a person to greet the guests and play music. ...The Flamingo Oasis is the ideal hotel if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay in Benidorm. Having visited the hotel twice, once two months after it first opened and second a couple of weeks ago, i was not disappointed the second time. On the first occasion I visited this hotel, two weeks before we were due to fly I was contacted by the tour operator and avised that their was currently some building work being undertake on the hotel adgacent to the hotel and that it was minor building work and should not directly affect us. As you can imagine you would genuinely be worried about where you were going when being told this and I was wondering what to expect. Upon arriving at the hotel there is a nice driveway with a ratating door that takes you into the fantastic spacious reception. Greeted by palm trees and other exotic plants...
