...of Cuba. When we arrived at our resort I was more then impressed, it was a fantastic location and it really was like living in the true lap of luxury. We were advised there would be a meeting with our First Choice rep, which we attended to see what trips they had available. While we were happy to listen to the local information and be given some tips on things like finding the best cigars, the trips that were being offered were extortionate and I didn't see anyone sign up for any trips. That was the last I saw of our rep despite her claims she would be there every day; we didn't need her for anything as it turns out but it would have been nice to see someone there representing First Choice. Choice catalogue

Advantages: good stock availability on clothing, easy returns, free delivery
Disadvantages: customer service not great, don't communicate well

...Choice I have held an account with Choice for about four years now and have found them pretty good up until a recent bad experience. This catalogue is part of the littlewoods group and includes kays, great universal and additions. As with most catalogues they give you a credit limit and send a monthly statement requesting a minimum payment. You can pay by direct debit, credit/debit card, at the post office or bank counter by cheque or by online/tele-banking. They often have three and six months interest free promotions on and also frequent buy now pay later offers running throughout the year. ..., tea and coffee complimentary, trouser press, telephone, satellite tv , iron and board, bathroom toiletries and internet access. the standard rooms are pretty much a basic rooms that consists of these facilities that are of a decent size. The executive rooms have the same but are more spacious and also have a seating area, with dressing table and work desk. The cresta premier suites have even more space and have the spa bath in the bathroom with a bigger television and are situated further away from any of the function rooms so are in a quieter area. Now the family rooms are in the same size rooms as your executive or premier rooms but have obvioulsy got more beds so you are paying for standard room amenities but made to fit more people in. Sophie's Choice - one of the best books ever

Sophie's Choice Love triangle, war and a hideous past, three substances the book is made of and honest to say, common ingrediences mixed in a masterful way to produce an outstanding and moving book. This time I won't spoil the story for those who haven't read the book or seen the movie yet (n.b.: even if the movie is amazing, I recommend reading the book first), but then I can't make the review as exhaustive as I would like to. The form Styron's language is amazingly rich, full of complicated figures and his vocabulary is incredibly extensive. I admit I found the book very difficult, probably the most difficult I've ever read, but I loved it and I didn't mind spending hours with a dictionary. ...Choice Cuts is a best of album, taking songs from a wide selection of the bands history. You will find some of the early Grind stuff but it mainly consists of the newer more melodic output. Being a Carcass fan I have most of the Album based tracks already, and none of these are actually re-recorded or re-mastered. The Peel Sessions are of a very raw sound quality, and may not be for everyone. The amount of rarities that are out there for this band I feel they could have used a lot more for this compilation, rather than the few pickings here. Charges with Choice Catalogue

Advantages: You are able to pay for goods over a period if money is not at hand to buy right out.
Disadvantages: I feel we pay over the odds for the above priviledge but to add charges on top is wrong.

Although I am way ahead in my payments I am charged £12 for not paying my monies on the day they specify!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never come across the likes and shall be taking my business elsewhere. Apart from this rediculous charge I have always been really happy but will not accept being penalised when indeed my account is well and truly up to date. This has marred my whole outlook and feel in my opinnion that Choice is not looking after my best interests as a good and loyal customer.
