Disadvantages: Not the cheapest.

...Of all the airlines I have used, I really believe that British Airways beats the lot. Their punctuality is unbeatable, and as soon as you step onto the aircraft, you cannot fail to be impressed with the cabin staff who are always well turned out, very curteous, and most helpful. The standards of cleanliness in the cabins, the toilets, and the food storage areas is usually immaculate. The food served on board is of the very best airline standards, and the supply of beverages is excellent. On scheduled flights, seating is comfortable, and leg room is amongst the best. The cabin staff are always ther to provide any services or imformation you need. The only point of criticism I can raise relates to the diabolical tail decor; for Heavens sake lets fly the British flag, and be proud of it!!!... Read review

...THE BEGINNING.. ------------------- It was when I was sitting in Kennedy Airport in January 1996 a guy from Boston who was sitting beside me stranded in the Blizzard of 1996 that hit New York and that whole part of America.The guy asked me who I was flying with and I replied British Airways to which he said"You are lucky you will be the first out of here,they are the best airline in the world"and he was right we were the first out. BRITISH AIRWAYS..THE FLIGHT.. ------------------------------ We had won a trip to New York and went to London by a B.A shuttle from Belfast.The plane we boarded at London was a British Airways jumbo jet and we were seated at the top of the plane right up at the hump.Up in the hump there is only 16 -20 passengers and the seating was just first class,the air hostess was most helpful and the whole time... ...I have been fortunate enough to win many competitions and because of this I have been on many flights. Different airlines treat people in many different ways. The best so far is British Airways. I have flown both long haul and short distances with them and I have always flown with my wife and many times with my children.British Airways have always treated us all with respect and courteously. Nothing is too much trouble. Although aeroplane food is not the best way to eat, I have found that the food with B.A is quite reasonable, and, if you require more on a scheduled flight you get more. B.A is flying high, well done.... Read review

...british-shopping.com has got to be one of the best, online uk shopping directories that I have had the pleasure to come across. The site contains multiple links to hundreds of uk shopping sites. As a regular online shopper myself, I find british-shopping is hard to beat. When you get to the home page you will find a whole host of catorgories to choose from for example:- Office, Automotive, Music & Film, Fashion, Party Supplies etc. Under each catogory you will then find a list of subcatogories for example. Toys & Games. Contains: Collectable Toys Educational Toys General Toy Stores PC & Console Games Wooden Toys All you have to do is find the catogory that you are interested in, ie Fashion and then click on one of the subcatogories, such as Sportswear. Advantages: Good service, food and entertainment
Disadvantages: Limited leg room

...We travelled British Airways from Heathrow to New York late last year. Our first surprise was that on check in we were told that we had been ipgraded to Business Class. Extra leg room, better food (fillet steak) and more video channels. This was great but I didn't really benefit from the extra leg room. It was even worse when the person in front reclined their seat. Still what right have I to complain with this unexpected bonus. Overall the cabin staff done a very good job with nothing too much trouble for them. The food was excellent and the drinks free. Though limited leg room (for me) it was a comfortable flight.... Read review
