...~~~~First Impressions~~~~ When driving up to the hotel you are immediately struck by how lovely this Edwardian building is. The building has been extended to include more bedrooms and a business/conference centre. And we were more then pleased when we seen it. From the driveway, we could see lovely rooms with balconies and we could see into the restaurant and a conservatory style coffee area. Facing the hotel was a park which had a playground and pitch within it, a pleasant enough view. There was plenty of parking in the car park and parking was free during our stay. The hotel reception was small but beautiful, very in-keeping with the Edwardian building it was housed in. Advantages: 3* Hotel in a 5* location
Disadvantages: Noisy rooms.

...This Best Western hotel is one of about six Best Western Hotels all in this old part of Istanbul known as Sultanahmet. It really is in a very convenient location and the LOCATION is its greatest asset. It is a three star hotel in an area containing five star holiday attractions. The hotel advertises its roof terrace as the sort of restaurant under the stars of everyone's dreams. I thought it was jaded and thus overrated with a distant view of the sea which was hardly on the waterfront. The rooms are OK. Advantages: Close to tram stop and airport bus stop.
Disadvantages: Can get quite busy with people checking in & out.

...I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last few years. Its quite a way outside the main Temple-Bar area but is right by the tram stops. As the trams run very regularily getting about is easy. The hotel is very close to Houston rail station. If you fly into Dublin airport one of the many buses outside the airport will take you to the station and the hotel is about a 3 minute walk away. The rooms are sparce and basic but suitable. The breakfast is very good and you certainly wont want for a large lunch. This is a big fry-up with all the trimmings. The cost of the hotel is middle of the road but reasonable for what you get. Yes its reasonably basic inside but you get what you pay for. ...Kiel is not the most conducive place for a winter holiday so it has to be reasoned that anyone wishing to stay there then would either do so on business or in transit. Being the main centre for U Boat construction during WW2, Keil was then a favourite destination for RAF Bomber Command and was badly damaged; the reconstruction is about as imaginative as some similar city centres in the UK such as Plymouth - in other words a quick-fix urban monstrosity. The Best Western Hotel in Kiel rose up out of an existing office block and despite some attempts to disguise the fact, it shows. ...I live quite close to the cresta court hotel and also used to work in altrincham around the corner from here so our company used it a few times for training in their function rooms. I have also stayed here too so i thought i would give readers some info on as many aspects of the hotel as i possibly can! Location: Fantastic location depending on why you are wanting to stay in altrincham. It is literally round the corner from the main shopping street (george street) and is only 15 minutes away from Manchester city centre and 10 minutes from manchester airport. The hotel is also conveniently located for those guest wanting to go into dunham massey or other surrounding areas such as wilmslow or hale barns etc. There are lots of little bars in altrincham including lots of pubs, little cafes and chic little bars and lots of restaurants...

Advantages: food lovely, staff helpful, good for your money

...I stayed here when we were passing through, the hotel is very easy to find as its just off the M6. We hadn't booked a room so we went in off the off chance and there was availability. The car park is quite big, no trouble finding a space. There were alot of poeple staying there as well. Its a big hotel and the staff are all nice and very welcoming, we always saw staff cleaning and always doing something, never stood around talking. We had room service, the food was hot and alot to choose from. Served with tea/coffee and orange juice. The room was gorgeous and very quite even though its close to M6, we didn't hear traffic noise, We had a double bed which was comfy and it was more of a king size bed than a double. The cleaners knocked at our door at 9.00 to see if they could come in and clean and she was nice talking to us...

...We stayed in The Best Western Frankfurt Plaza in July 2006 as part of our fabulous summer holiday in Austria and Germany. Not having booked any of the trip I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel in Frankfurt. I was even more pleased due to the rather grotty hostel we had just frequented in Innsbruck, Austria. Anything would have been better than that! Review coming soon. The hotel is a three star and has forty five rooms all easily accessible by a lift in the main reception. *~*~Location*~*~ The plaza is located on Esslinger Strasse which is about a ten minute walk from hauptbanhof - the main train station in Frankfurt. There is a tourist information kiosk in the station where you can get a map of the city and locate the hotel. I have added picture below of a map of the city centre with the hotels location on it...

It is in the main shopping street with loads of cafes, bars, shops etc. and has a roof terrace which would give brilliant views of the volcano. I thought about moving hotels, but couldn't afford to pay again. My hotel room was very comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom with the usual toiletries. A reasonable buffet breakfast is included in the price. Room service seemed very restricted ? although the bar did toasted sandwiches. If you are on a tight budget, advance internet booking on Best Western's website gives good value for money for the Hotel Mediterraneo. However, I don?t think this hotel would suit everyone.
