...I first came across fry light when it was recommended by my slimming world group. Initially I used only fry light olive oil and was very happy with the results. A few months ago I spotted fry light better than butter and decided to buy a can. I liked the idea of being able to eat buttery scrambled eggs and roast potatoes. Fry light better than butter comes in a plastic canister with a pump action spray nozzle. The cap is green so it stands out from the other versions of fry light. The main advantage of using fry light is that it contains just 1 calorie for each spray that's about 30 times less than if you were to use butter. Fry light contains no cholesterol either. ...Fry Light Better than Butter: After the other half?s recent shock heart attack we have been living on a ?cardio-proactive? diet as recommended by The British Heart Foundation. We have had to change a lot of our diets and one of the big no-nos is saturated fat. With that in mind I browsed round the oil section of the super market and I noticed the Fry Light range of spray oils. I chose the buttery one for use frying onions and to add a little flavour to mash potatoes. The spray comes in a pump action container made of plastic with a green plastic lid. I actually hate the packaging as I find it garish but it serves it purpose well. Whats Better than Chocolate?!?

Advantages: Very Funny Romantic Comedy with a twist.
Disadvantages: Theres no part 2 / follow up film!

...What can be better than chocolate? I hear you ask?.... This film is! The first time I watched this was with my friend and I wasn't too sure what to expect from it after hearing the title! But this really is a fantastic film! The Cast. The two main characters are Maggie who is played by Karyn Dwyer, Maggie is a lesbian who works in a gay bookshop after dropping out of uni and Kim who is played by Christina Cox, Kim is an artist who travels around painting peoples pictures and getting paid $20 a time. The other characters are, Frances who is the owner of the gay bookshop that Maggie works in, Judy who is a post-op transsexual who has fallen in love with Frances. ..."Better" is the second book by Atula Gawande, an American general surgeon working in Boston (his first book was "Complications"). It's an examination of some of the challenges and ethical dilemmas in modern-day medicine. The book is broken down into 3 sections encompassing the main challenges that have to be overcome to be a good doctor - diligence, "doing right" and ingenuity. He illustrates these with real life stories of innovators in medicine around the word, notably the battlefields of Iraq, and US cystic fibrosis centres. This is supplemeted with anecdotes of how Third World countries overcome what seem like insurmountable challenges to implement vaccinations campaigns and universal health care. Better but not the best

Disadvantages: not better than first album

...Dubstar are probably best known for their singles released at the height of Britpop in the mid-1990s such as "Not So Manic Now", "No More Talk" and "Stars". "Make it Better" is their third and final album as the band split a few months after it's release. This album has more of a focus on guitars as a backdrop to songs rather than an orchestra, and this is obvious from the first track "Take It", which is quite reminiscent of Garbage's "Push It". Next comes the Top 40 hit "I", which is an infectious cross betweeen pop and country. "The Self Same Thing" is the next track and second single, examining a communication breakdown in a relationship. Sarah sings "I'm moody in the mornings/and my friends are very boring/what a shame/it's the self same thing". "Mercury" is an understated and powerful version of a Kirsty Hawkshaw song...

Disadvantages: They won't remain a secret for long!

...My daughter has been making hand-made greetings cards for a while, and needed a website that she could provide to her customers so that they could find her easily, my son spent a long time convincing us that for doing anything on the internet a domain name is far better than having a "free" email account (hotmail, yahoo etc.), and that getting a website needn't be as costly as we thought. After searching through the mass of web hosting companies out there we plumped for BetterWebSpace, Why? We'd seen a lot of recommendations about them on a forum, and it seemed like around half the members of the forum were customers!
