...School holidays usually bring around baking days for my 13 year old son and 7 year grandson. They usually make cakes, scones and biscuits from recipes but if, when shopping, I come across a baking mix that is reasonably priced I often buy them for the boys as a change. This is what happened on a recent chopping trip to Asda, the Betty Crocker range had some special offers on and I found this mix for Chocolate Chunk Muffin Mix for £1 so I thought that I'd give it a try. BETTY CROCKER 'Betty Crocker' is a range of baking products that are part of the American General Mills Group.
