...The sequel was never going to be as good as the original classic, but still, this is a very good film. Eddie Murphy stars as the cop Axel Foley who come to Beverly Hills to help investigate and attack on his friend by the Alphabet team. He becomes entangled in a major league crime wave being led by Brigitte Nielsen as he tries to bring them down. Eddie Murphy is his usual humorous self and this is highly action packed fats moving comedy film that really is a great watch. But I have to admit that the original is the one to watch from the series of Beverly Hills Cop movies. But I love Eddie Murphy movies and this most certainly does not disappoint.... Read review

...G Beverly hill "Giorgio" this fragrance has been going for a long time now and is one of the fragrances that seems to stay around , i frist used this fragrance about 10 years ago and even now it seem to sell well in shops , it is a sweet fragrance and very strong it seem to last all day when you wear it and it can also be over powering to some people and make them feel sick , so please don't use to much unless you don't like who you are going to be around , it best to put it on a hour before you go out to make it a little less over powering for people , it comes in a nice bottle with a gold top and the bottle comes ina yellow and white box and if you buy it around christmas time in a gift pack you get a nice sweet little cute bear with beverly hill and the year printed on it, as i got this for a gift for my mum she alway put the bears... ...This was one of my favourite shows when I was growing up – it was just a totally amazing lifestyle based on a group of friends in Beverly Hills – its hard to imagine that they ever thought life was hard . they had everything they could possible ever want. The men were all drop dead lovely looking and the women were all like super models. Based in a high school and around the characters private lives and their families – this is s very enjoyable show and can be watched by all walks of life– well we can all dream of what way we would like life to be.... ...Eddie Murphy returns as Axl Foley to Beverly Hills in an attempt to solve the alphabet crimes which are distressing the city. Added to this is the emotional return due to the attempted murder of the captain who we met in the first film.He teams up with his old pals Billy and Tagert and the havoc begins. The film is similar to that of the first with the same kind of gags. Murphy plays well off Reinhold(Billy) as we see the progression of Billy's character from a nieve young police officer in the first film to that of the "rambo", addicted to guns and firepower character... ...Is it just me, or was there a massive clutch of action and high school films released around this time (1983-1984) that were of the highest cailbre? BHC must rank among one of the best of these as well. At the time, this film took the fairly novel wise-cracking cop approach, which has been mimicked on many occasions, but never bettered. Eddie Murphy was built for this role and plays streetwise Detroit cop Axel Foley, who is led to Beverly Hills to investigate the murder of a friend. This film also focussed on a mismatched cop theme, as well as being one of the finest comedies ever made. The viewer can't help but find Murphy's character hilarious and a joy to watch. Although this takes centre stage, the plot is still strong, and the ending is suspense-filled to say the least. Superb.... Read review

...I started watching Beverly Hills 90210 when I was at school and have watched just about every episode until the end of season nine which was shown on Sky One last year. Sky are currently nearing the end of a re-run of the last season and then we should head into Season ten - the last one ever. BH90210 has been one of the programmes I have grown up with. The caracters were at school, Uni then into jobs. OK, their lives are SO different to mine, but when it comes down to it we all share the same emotions and similar events happen to us all (exams, boyfriends...). It will be a shame to see the show go the way of many others, but I will continue to enjoy re-runs for many years to come!... Read review

...This movie has a great blend of action and comedy. Eddie Murphy truly made this movie. Him as Axel Foley, a foul mouth, brilliant detective from Detroit, is a perfect fit. Furthermore, this movie is completed by a great script and hilarious supporting actors. When an old friend of Axel's is killed when visiting him in Detroit, Axel sets out to find the killers. His friend mentioned he had been working in Beverly Hills; therefore, Axel sets off against his captain's orders to Beverly Hills. He finds his suspect who happens to be an upstanding citizen of Beverly Hills and is thrown out a window then arrested. At the police station, he is identified as a police detective from Detroit who is not supposed to be doing any investigations while on vacation. So, he is followed by two detectives to make sure he is not doing any investigating... Read review

...As I have reviewed the other two Beverly Hills Cop films I thought I should give this one a go being the very first one as well so here goes.... This is the first and only album of the three in the Cop franchise that has music from the same year as the film was made in 1984 apart from the exception of one of them, "Neutron Dance" which was in '83 I must admit there are some really good tracks from the film on this and some that stand out from the rest "The heat is on" being a prime example as I am sure everybody has heard that song and liked it, I think once you have seen the film and then listen to this CD you will recognise where they are being played at what stages of the film (or is that just me ?) It's a bit dissappointing that the song "Nasty Girl" has not been included in this soundtrack as I think it was a really good song from... Read review
