...I have been using plain water and then milk drenched cotton for removing all the eye make up that I use. But lately I started feeling the need to get a good eye make up remover because after all it's the question of a sensitive park of the face that needs proper care. I was lucky enough to receive the Lancome Bi Facil double-Action Eye Makeup remover in a bonus gift pack on a purchase I made from lancome. This way I was able to try the product that came in a small size before actually buying it. Although it seemed a little pricey as compared to other brands of eye make up removers, I found it totally worth the purpose I bought it for. It comes in a plastic aqua blue bottle with a twist open white lid. It dispenses in a squirt like motion very easily and can be applied with a cotton ball or cotton pad quite conveniently...

Great makeup remover - but don't buy it!

Advantages: Removes all traces of makeup easily, even waterproof mascara

...Lancome's Bi Facil has been my chosen makeup remover for many years now, but I must confess I have never actually bought a bottle of it - I buy so many other lancome products that a freebie always comes my way sooner or later! Eye makeup remover before I found this was a tricky one for me to get right - although the rest of my skin behaves pretty normally, I found that eye makeup removers often felt harsh on my eyes and would irritate them, or they were just too gentle and not effective enough to remove every last trace of my makeup. Grand facilities at the 'Grande'

Advantages: Lots of facilities and good choice of restaurants
Disadvantages: Rooms are more basic than you'd probably expected

...doesn't feel crowded at all even though it has an awful lot of guests coming and going. Even though I was impressed by the size of the hotel and how well equipped the lobby seemed to be, after getting my bearings I realised that although impressive in size, the decor is just basic really and not to the extent that a guest would be wowed by luxury as it is more just average. I think I was more inclined to feel this way though because I had just come from a much nicer hotel! Also it doesn't help that to make this hotel feel more of a package hotel than luxury hotel, you get the obligatory orange wristband to wear to show you are staying here and therefore enabling you to use the all inclusive facilities! swimming facilities

Advantages: Open till late, nice pool (when it is not busy)

...I am a member of Cricklewood and all I do is use the pool facilities. I agree with lots of other people, that it is getting crowded and they are getting greedy. When I get a lane to myself I love it as I just swim and swim and swim but that is rather rare. I am slow swimmer, hence I swim in the slow lane but others do not obey these rules. Last night there was what I class as a fast swimmer in the slow lane. I presume she either couldn't read or just fancied my lane as it was empty except for me. Well she kept over-taking me and the lifeguard just sits there and does absolutely nothing. There are supposed to be three lanes and a large extra space but sometimes they have an aqua class and they take a lane away and boy, oh boy does it get crowded. Not only does it get crowded but these aqua ladies do a lot of jumping around...
