Most see me as someone purely into heavy metal, my friends as heavy metal and clasic rock, but even my very close friends don't seem to understand how far my taste goes. ...when switching the monitor on for the first time is something that Acer call Crystalbrite. This means that the background really is the darkest black you could imagine and is comparable to that which Sony use on its Vaio range, this is the first big improvement I noticed over the AL1914. The picture is also extremely sharp and crystal clear, and all of this is via the VGA input rather than the supposedly higher quality DVI. If you need to change any of the monitor settings, there is an on-screen menu which is accessible from the front of the monitors base which again is a vast improvement from my old AL1914. On the monitor I recieved there were no dead pixels visible and everything appears to be running smoothly. The show has two presenters one big cook names Ben and a small cook named Small. (Of course, he is not actually small in real life but they have got an average sized person but filmed him so he appears to be about 5 inches tall). These two cooks own a cafe where different characters come to eat different types of food. They have characters from al the major fairy tales and of course on their Christmas show Father Christmas came to eat in the cafe. The programme is a little like a cookery show for children but a lot of adult help is needed. Also a lot of the food that is made i should think is not overly nice as it is a bit of a mixture of things put together to make something suitable...
