Growing Up with Chris

Advantages: Loveable and good songs
Disadvantages: The album is very limited

...I can't say it is hard to get confused when it comes to this youngsters album, as Chris Brown released his debut album in late 2005, the album would appear with different versions and different covers (as highlighted by the wide variety of albums by the artist to review). All versions of the album went by the self-titled name of 'Chris Brown' however the track amounts vary from 8 to 15. For the purposes of this review, I shall be reviewing the eight track version of the album. Welcome to Chris Brown's world. When Chris Brown first burst on to the scene it would be with the single 'Run It', that is the first track on the album if you do not count the Intro (See The Light). Run It was an immediate success and truly was the song of the summer for 2005 and gave Chris Brown the fanbase he so wanted. Chris was himself only 16 at this point...

Chris Botti & friends?

Advantages: It's real music....
Disadvantages: Region 1 only

...percussion, this gives the sensual sound of the trumpet a soundscape to play against. The guitar sound is all echoes that bounce off the sound of the bass and percussive section with Botti still playing the main theme, the sound of the keyboards add another dimension giving the piece it's overall feeling of romance. While there is a natural gap in the performance Chris Botti takes the opportunity to make an announcement, "Please welcome onto the stage Sting the sound of big cheers go up, Sting makes his way to the stage, Botti starts to play the intro to the jazz standard (made famous by Frank Sintra) "In the Wee Small hours". There is a studio version of this track on Chris Botti album from 1999 called "Slowing down the World" catalogue number 547 301-2 on the Universal label. ...For his 1997 release Chris Botti assembled the pretty much the same stellar cast of musicians as he used of his previous recordings. This album has 9 tracks that are new and 1 previously released song that appeared on the soundtrack to the film “Caught” this being the song with Jonatha Brooke on vocals called “Forgiven”. ....They have just made a guy with a beard really if you ask me and long hair to be honest,it looks more like Edge than it does of Chris Jericho not a good design. Moving onto Christian his design atleast but his facial design is not much better than Chris Jerichos either, the other design i have seen of Christian is much better than the one now.The attires been created okay which is a plus but apart from that not really much of a difference from Jerichos but not so good designs. The Quality These twin pack figures have good quality which is a bonus,so if your kids are going to make these two play dont expect them to come running to you and saying "Christians Arms Broke" or "Jerichos heads come off" stuff like that so that always is a big postive. Chris Isaak's Forever Blue is Pure Heartbreak Heaven!

Advantages: perfect music, wonderful lyrics, flawless singing

...While I was watching a country music channel quite a few years back, I was captivated by Chris Isaak's video for "Somebody's Crying". It wasn't just the video that had me interested, although Issak is always very handsome, and he appeared to be very much so during the footage, but rather the song. I have been a fan of Isaak's ever since his work with David Lynch on the "Wild at Heart" Soundtrack. His "Wicked Game" is a pure and haunting classic. It is clearly washed in the songs of yesterday that inspired Isaak, such performers as Roy Orbison and Elvis. Loving "Somebody's Crying", I started looking for the album it would appear on. Advantages: I will read it again
Disadvantages: my friends all want to borrow it

...of the two central characters and almost immediately you can't help but feel an affinity with them. What I loved most about the book is how the author managed to potray a range of emotions from one page to next. There were times reading the book when I was almost crying and others when I was actually laughing out loud. Mostly when batman was involved (you'll see what I mean) So If you're looking for a real page turner that will keep you guessing this book will most probably appeal to you, as well as this you've also got very real characters and an enthralling story. I wasn't familiar with Chris Cleave's work but I am now planning to read his other books and if they're anywhere as near as good as this one they will be a pleasure to read....

...Well two weeks into starting school my middle son was excited as he got to bring his first reading book home but the following day he was more excited as he got another book bag which had a few reading books in for him to keep! Naturally when we got through the door we had to sit and read them together. The cover of this book s red and has a picture of a big gorilla on the left hand side wearing a suit and the title on the right hand side in nice big bright multicoloured letters. The back cover of the book has a blue background and a picture of Mr Big and a small monkey standing next to each other. There is also a few words about the story. The story starts by introducing us to Mr Big and telling us about how big he is and how everywhere he goes people always saw him as big and scary, as people found him scary they always ran away...
