...It's been a year since my eldest daughter got this bike, a year in which she has gone from being a rather wobbly and unskilled novice to, some would say, slightly over-confident. She's now an extremely competent bike rider who rides this bike pretty well every week - as you can see from the picture it's rather muddy and well used, though still in very good condtion. This was my daughter's second bike, she learnt on a smaller wheeled bike with stabilisers. As the name would suggest, this particular model is a 20" wheeled bike. It's important to note that it has no gears and is, in all respects, a basic bike. We bought it from our local Halfords, where it is currently available for £79.99, which is about what we paid at time of purchase too. Review of Apollo XC.20 Girls Bike

Its not about the bike at all here

Advantages: Very easy to read
Disadvantages: none

...and ultimately, professional career can be quite moving. Baring in mind i have read alot of autobiographies, i found this one led me to experience a range of emotions. For anyone to experience such difficulty and trauma in life and return the athlete that he did was truly amazing. I would urge the common bookworm, regardless of interest or personal preference to read this book. It will certainly stick out in your mind so to speak and will allow a kind of self assesment, well, thats what it did for me. More than just an average read, and would provide a great experience for someone that may be going through a difficult stage in life etc. As well as being very easy to read and follow overall, i have found it hard to highlight literally any discrepancies within this book....

Review of It's Not About the Bike - Lance Armstrong

On Yer Bike!

Advantages: Great fun, slow, Harry loves it
Disadvantages: Noisy, siren is a pain

...Now, Harry isn't what I would call a daredevil. In fact, he's not into anything that moves too fast or does things that he doesn't expect to happen, pretty much like any 2 and a half year old I expect. So as you can imagine, I wasn't overly thrilled when I found out last year that Harry's great aunt had bought him a motorised motor bike. Please bear in mind last Christmas he was only 21 months old and consequently pretty small and unconfident, but nonetheless, the Halfords Mini Racer Bike was on its way to us courtesy of my parents. It wasn't something we expected to keep for long but funnily enough, its now become Harry's favourite ever toy! The Halfords Mini Racer Bike is available from the Halfords website, and in-store but I can't really say I have ever seen one when I have been into a Halfords. My brother works for Halfords...
