I enjoyed our stay at this campsite except for the rain this area of Spain is green and well known for its rain. We found this area lovely not taken over by tourism like the Med coast. Nearly all the other campers were Spanish. The shops in the towns were not full...

Boring Bilbao. I don't think so!
Advantages: Cheap to fly
Disadvantages: Not much stuff for children
...Exhibition. I can?t remember whom it was done by but the mobiles were weird and wacky, these were hanging mobiles not Mobile Phones. We spent about an hour in there then returned to the Hotel to have a wash. Una Ciudad Muy Bonita
Advantages: Easy and cheap to fly to. Great place when you get there.
Disadvantages: Maybe the Guggenheim doesn't quite do it for me.
...of restaurants ? well how many meal times are there in three days?
WOULD I GO AGAIN?
Emphatically yes. Perhaps next time, I?d combine a few days there with a motoring holiday of northern (Green) Spain, especially since I can get to Portsmouth quicker than I can to Stansted!
Bilbao doesn?t have the obvious draw that other major cities in Spain do, like a Moorish palace or similar. What it does have is...
