Clarks Village - My favourite place to shop

Advantages: Lots of cheap designer shops
Disadvantages: Parking & runs out of popular sizes quick

...When I was a kid me and my mum headed to Clarks Village in Street Somerset a few times and back then Clarks Village was not that big and didn't have very many good shops but recently a friend mentioned that he went and recommended that we take a look, so one Saturday we took a trip there and was amazed at what we saw. I would say that it had at least tripled in size since I was last there and the quality of the shops was also a massive improvement. There are many more designer shops now and they all sell clothes, shoes, tools, furniture and more at knockdown prices, if your looking for a bargain then its def a place to consider visiting. There are about 90 shops to look around and consists of shops like Addidas, Bench, Billabong, Calvin Klein, Fat Face, Henri Lloyd, Next Clearance, Timberland and the list goes on. Review of Clarks Village

Good at first from new, then all hell broke loose

Advantages: Good handling

...I have owned my Renault Clio 1.2 16v Billabong since July 2003. Renault offered me a good deal, with this particular Clio being limited edition with it's interior. I bought this car on the recommendation of a friend, who said they were reliable. I think they are a very smart looking car, and am not liking the newer style 'squarer' model. The lights are nice, and the interior lovely. I found it to be nippy, and good to handle around the bends. I had 4 years of reliable driving on it, before the problems started. Having looked after my car, and being very proud that I bought it new, I was surprised that it failed the MOT in 2007. The reason being for the shock absorbers on the car had rotted. O'neill top class - surfers wear

...O'neill is the brand name for many of the top surfers in England and abroad. There goods are just that little bit "different" perfect if you are looking for the typical water sports wear. There products:- be that clothes IE: T'shirts, wet suits. Or other items such as: shoes, sunglasses etc. What ever it may be they definatly out rule other brand names such as: Nike and Addidas. O'neill are in the market competing against others firms such as:Gul, Animal, Billabong. I recently purchased some O'Neill shoes and they have served me well. I'm proud to be wearing them. All the usual water sports shops should stock O'neill goods places such as: FreeSpirt in Meadowhall is a great place to purchase them. Well, this is true to a certain extent, as long as you have the patience to sift through rail upon rail of clothes to find that little gem of a bargain you are hunting for. This is because the layout is by size, not by brand, colour or any other category which might make more sense. But the bargains are there if you are prepared to search. Most clothes are last season's designs, something which doesn't really bother me, especially when it means that they tend to be about 1/2 the RRP. Advantages: Great selection of skate / surfwear at low prices
Disadvantages: I've only found this store in Sheffield.

...Mambo, Stussy, Vans, Reef, Airwalk, Rip Curl, Billabong.....you name it, they have it! The Free Spirit shop in the Meadowhall Shopping Centre is quite simply unique. I've been into surfwear for about 7 years and i've never seen the vast selection and low prices that you will get here. Any of you who have brought branded surf or skate wear before will probably have a similar story to tell, retailers in fasionable areas of London and the other big cities with vastly overpriced clothes in limited quantities, all of them telling you that nobody else will be wearing their particular items, because they are limited edition "one-off's". I once brought a Rip Curl t-shirt for £60 in Covent Garden and saw 3 people wearing the same shirt within an hour. Australia - Some Highlights!

...you can see crocodiles. Mossman gorge can be seen as well and the lush rainforests. You can take the skyraril over Kuranda and the train through it where you can view the magnificent rainforest. **DARWIN** Here you can see jumping crocodiles and the true Aboriginal's as this is where most of them live. The Yellow water Billabong cruise is very recommended to see the wetlands. We got to see birds nesting in the water and termite mounds on the way there. The only problem with Darwin is that in the wet season it is very humid! **ALICE SPRINGS & ULURU** Alice Springs is a small town with not much to do in it. You can take a tour to Uluru from here but do beware it is a 6 hour drive there. We stopped at Kings Canyon along the way and went for a walk. The only problem is that it is very warm here, thankfully it isn't as humid but...
