Biore Pore Perfect, ultra deep strips

Advantages: Really does work
Disadvantages: My nose was extra oily for a couple of days

...When I first read magazine reviews for Biore Perfect Nose Strips, I assumed it was just another skincare gimmick, but being the consumer I am and being susceptible to advertising hype I decided to try them. Since the first Biore strips were introduced several years ago, the range has been improved upon and the name played around with. I am now using the new formula Biore, which comes in a green box, whereas the original packaging was white. This new formula is called "Biore Pore Perfect, ultra deep cleansing pore strips". They are designed to be used only on the nose. The new formula has been impregnated with Tea Tree oil, Menthol and Witch Hazel, so it does have quite a clinical, but refreshing aroma. The written instructions on the packaging are very clear and further detailed with diagrams. A box of 6 strips costs around £7...

Biore's Will Clear Your Pores

Advantages: Easy to use, if you read the directions.
Disadvantages: More expensive than the Ponds brand

Then I realized that, unlike the Pond's brand I had bought earlier, the Biore brand nose strips contained only the nose strips. So I picked up a box of the Biore pore perfect deep cleaning strips too. Now the Pond's assorted clear pore strips contain 12 cleansing strips and cost $7.95 US dollars. The Biore pore perfect deep cleaning strips contain 6 nose strips and the face strips (also 6 to a box) cost $5.15 US dollars each. A bit more expensive than the Pond's Brand, or so I assumed at the time. Biore ole!!!

Advantages: It cleanses your pores
Disadvantages: It can be expensive if not on offer

...I hate to confess but I do get the odd blackhead now and again and since the nose area is rather prone to these nasties (as our pores seem to be rather large compared to other parts of our face) I saw this at Boots and thought to give it a go. Clogged, dirty pores are no more with Biore

Advantages: Helps clear skin, cleans deep down, relieves congestion
Disadvantages: Do not use if you don't like products that warm up with use

...My skin has never been fantastic. Up until I was about 13 it was fine but as soon as puberty struck (like a bolt of lightning) that was it my skin went all over the place and has never really gone back - much to my dismay! Biore Pore Perfect Nose Strips - A waste of money

...I have suffered with blackheads on my nose for many years and as anyone with a similar problem will know, trying to remove them is almost a full time job. Over the years I have tried everything from the body shop blackhead remover tool, to squeezing with tissue wrapped around my fingers. So, when Biore introduced their Pore Perfect nose strips, I was sure I had found the answer to my prayers. I have used many of their products in the past and have always found them to be of excellent quality. To say I was disappointed by this particular product is something of an understatement! So simple to use, you simply dampen a strip with your finger, apply to your nose, wait 10 minutes ( during which time you look as if you've recently had a nose job) and then remove. BIORE PORE PERFECT SHINE CONTROL MOISTURISER

...This fantastic lightweight, oil free moistuiser is a great product. Not only does it hydrate the skin but it absorbs surplus oil throughout the day to balance and control surplus oils. Using it's "Pore Smart" technology, this makes it ideal for day wear, especially under make-up. It has a lovely texture, and you can feel it drying to a matt finish on the skin shortly after application.
