...Blade was first released in 1998, directed by Stephen Norrington, and starring Wesley Snipes as a half human half vampire, who's mission is to slay all the bad vampires of the world. When I first saw this film I loved it, I was a big fan of the comic books, and watching a big screen adaptation was just well worth the wait. I thought snipes was a brilliant actor to play blade, having seen his early films i.e. passenger 57, and demolition man, this guy is a awesome martial arts expert and can kick ass. If I was to explain Blade to anyone who hasn't seen it, I would describe it as a more violent, intense and action packed Buffy the Vampire Slayer. V3 BLADE The last phone you'll need

...deterred me. I then ventured on eBay, not normally willing to part with my cash for such a new item via this means but again I researched those available very well. After filtering out the offers of get a V3 for 2p I eventually located a seller near home and at a realistic price I placed my bid by snipe and hay presto won. So I dashed off to the next town examined the brand new still factory sealed item and gave the seller 11 crisp £10 pound notes what a bargain. Review of Blade Trinity (DVD)

PS3 slim

Advantages: Blu-ray, free online, nice extras like vidzone & iplayer. Almost silent operation
Disadvantages: Rubbish controller, still expensive, online nowhere near as good as xbox live

...Well, had the slim for a few weeks now (my 1st ever playstation), personally, I'm a little underwhelmed by it, I've been a gamer since the nintendo game & watch days & owned @ least 1 of the current gen consoles since the Mega Drive(Genesis). Graphically the system has the potential to wipe the floor with the 360, but this is really only going to apply to PS3 exclusives as any software house making a multi-platform game is going to be as cost effective (lazy) as possible & use the same graphics on all the games where possible(ok, they need to dumb them down for the Wii). My problem here is that I have yet to get a game for it that runs in 1080P, they all seem to be in 720P! Why???? I'm sure they are out there, but I haven't found one yet. I guess this is down to most HD tv's being HD ready rather than Full HD. Sound-Yeah, ok...

PS3 Full of stuff

Advantages: great selection of accessories, games, films, music
Disadvantages: bit pricey

...The 60gb version is a bit on the expensive side, I'm not sure if there's a separate hard drive available but if there is I'm sure it won't cost over £150, which is how much more this version costs over the 30gb version. The graphics are the best of any console out, the games can also be much much bigger than Xbox 360 as it uses high def blue ray disks where the 360 uses standard dvds for its games. There's a massive array of accessories and 3rd party companies are making even more as it's usb connected. There's no need for memory cards because of the huge hard drive, online gaming is quick and easy as it's very easy to connect to your normal broadband connector. The console itself is a little bigger than i would have liked but no inch is wasted, it's packed full of features. I've had mine 4 months and I'm still finding new...

...I got one last year for Christmas and found it to be better than my XBox 360 in almost every area, in my opinion this truly is the best games console on the market and would recommend it to anyone who is into their gaming. (2) Serious gamers either without a HD TV or who are not interested in high def for films etc.. (3) HD TV/ multimedia people who are not that interested in games.
