Now, before I go into the ins and outs of this disc, I want to confess something.. the concept of compilation, whether it's musical, or television annoys the hell out of me. It is an obvious ploy generally for companies to make more money off of franchises, and Paramount have a notorious reputation...

OK, this was my first blu ray disk i ever bought for a new (ex demo) blu ray player. Imagine to my horror that the ex demo would not read the blu ray disk!!! Luckily it did read the dvd! anyway, many visits to the shop later i finally changed my player for a better model. (Avoid LG blu ray players...

...morning serial as by the end of the film you?ll be rooting for Kirk to be the victor.
I have to admit that the fiasco about bare bones disc sets on DVD is correct, I bought this on Blu-ray about a month ago and the work that seems to have been done on upgrading the film to HD is not as impressive as it could have been, the backgrounds are sharp and the skin tones look to pale to me, the shots...
