Their Customer Service staff were very professional and efficient and kept in touch with me every step of the way. The fitter was absolutely brilliant and transformed my dingy bathroom into a stunning wetroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he had to accommodate my work schedule, which he did without any complaints. His attention to detail was first class. I know its fashionable these days only to comment on negative experiences but I merely wanted to offset that with some positive feedback. I avoid Dolphin on "porpoise"

Advantages: One-stop shop for a complete bathroom rebuild
Disadvantages: Expensive. Watch out for the extras!

...I must admit at first when my wife wanted a new bathroom I did not think it would cost as much and take as long as it did but when you watch what is happening you can see there is a lot more work than you think there would be.
