A few friends and I had decided to hire a van and take a tour of the national park, as we had been recommended it by several people we had met along the way. Collection 2000 Eye Duo

Advantages: Cheap and cheerful

...Note: I am aware I purchased purple, not blue, but this is technically the right category since they are all the same product. Im not sure why this catagory (eyeshadow/collection 2000) is divided by colours in the first place. I wanted a purple eyeshadow to play with in an attempt to broaden my colour range. I have blue eyes and I thought purple would make them look more indigo. However, because purple is not a colour I will wear often (its not exactly a daytime look!), I wasnt prepared to spend a lot of money. I had a quick look in Superdrug in my lunch our at the cheaper options. Originally, I thought I would get the Rimmel, but the colour options were a bit lacking. The display was very empty. Plus, the purple they did have was leaning towards the red side, which I didnt think would look anygood. I found on a lower shelf...

...I first discovered collection 2000 when i was looking for some really cheap make up. i bought some blue eye shadow and i havnt used anything else since. it is amasing stuff. it stayes on all day and get theisc- it only cost me £1. it is a complete bargain. the products in the range are just as good quality as anything 10 times the price. the company does great colours in nail varnish and eyeshadows and a very good water-proof mascara that i swear by when i visit the beach and it is only £1.99. i really do suggest that you take a closer look next time you walk past their display. the products are great quality and they are soooooooooooooooooooo chaep it is unbelievable. happy shopping!...

.... There are lots and lots of different products available in Lush stores or online, so you are sure to find a product which suits you. If you are unfamiliar with the sort of products Lush sell then I would advise having a look online as they sell solid and liquid shampoos, bath bombs, bubble bars, etc. Some of the Lush products however aren't available to buy in store; you have to buy these particular products online from the Lush website. The products which are solely only sold online at Lush are called Lush retro products and there are quite a few of them to choose from, some of my most favourite Lush products are from the Retro range Lush Ice Blue a soap which is a bright ice blue colour with flecks of bright white around the edges of it; I think that the colour of the soap is really vibrant and bright. Feeling Blue

...I have to admit I am a lover of French films, but also a lover of films that concentrate on people, relationships and feelings rather than action and excitement. Three Colours Blue fits the bill for me perfectly. The first part of a trilogy - the second being Three Colours White and the third Three Colours Red - it is French but is directed by Krysztof Kieslowski of Poland. I watched all three films several years ago but Blue was the one that appealed most to me, so I eventually decided to buy the DVD. As the event happens at the outset of the film, I am not giving anything away by telling you that Julie's husband and only child, a daughter, are both killed in a car accident. Julie (Juliette Binoche) was in the car too but survives, and during the initial episode of the film we see her in hospital. She has to watch the funeral...

The Dull Blue Diary :(

  Perfect for the CD Collection!

...I started to watch ITV lunch time show Loose Women just over a year ago. At the time, I was unaware of who any of the panellists were. Though now I know quite a bit about these fantastic women, one of which is the lovely Jane McDonald. Jane is a singer, and has had various albums released. The one I own is called 'The Collection'. The CD cover itself has a picture of Jane her self, dressed in a trendy denim jacket, her smile stretched broadly across her face. The colours behind her are beautiful; a shining shade of deep purple with a hint from silver stars. It's very attractive, definitely one to draw the attention in. The Collection has nineteen tracks on it, each listed on the back of the CD case. I scanned over them briefly before listening, finding that I had heard of some of the tracks before.
