Bob Margolin gave us a bit of history before the band played each song at the concert on this last song is Pinetop playing piano. Apparently Pinetop is religious, so declines to play blues on a Sunday, He was invited to the recordings on a Sunday to hang out with the rest of the musicans, while they recorded. Pinetop was scheduled to record his songs the next day. He sat down at the piano and played "Just A Closer Walk With Thee" a gospel song, as it was a Sunday. Bob states that he has known Pinetop for thirty years and has never heard him play anything but the Blues. ...We went blackberry picking on Saturday as we are fortunate enough to have quite a few areas of unspoiled (ie not near a road) blackberry bushes around here. After making several batches of blackberry jam (my preserving pan is very old and has been inherited and can only cope with 1kg of fruit - slightly annoying), I had 450g of blackberries left over. I was about to freeze them as I wouldn't have had enough to make a whole 2lb jar and the only small jar I had left would have been too small and then I remembered the punnet of blueberries I had in my fridge so thought that I would combine the two fruits and try out a black and blue jam. The recipe is simple and to be honest I think I hit on the right balance of the fruit straight away - 60% blackberry and 40% blueberry but you are more than welcome to try another combination... ...I am a big fan of trying economy versions of various foods as quite often there is no real different in taste and only in the quality of the packaging. The latest product for us to try was Sainsbury’s Low price mixed fruit jam. We have tried quite a lot of Sainsbury’s economy range with mixed results. Their economy range is certainly cheap but often lacking in taste. As with all their economy range you have to search well to find it as it is normally hidden in the dark corner of a shelf while the other more expensive brands try and tempt you. All their economy range is white, blue and red and basically not attractive to the eye. I presume as it is so cheap they do not want to pay someone a lot of money to individually design each packaging label. The jam comes in a glass jar and comes in one size of 454grams at 35p. ...the right of the pictures. Rest of the writings are in deep blue started with the proud brand logo of "Fox's" on the caramel background on the left. It also shows just above the brand logo that Fox's are in business since 1853. The package describes the jam as real raspberry jam which makes it a real scrumptious treat. With these writings and pictures on the front, it ends up with the yellow flash at the right corner of the pack "69p" for my most recent pack from Somerfield. The pack is full of other information too. On the back, there is "Nutrition Information", "Guideline for Daily Amount", List of "Ingredients", "Storage Instruction", "Manufacturer's Contact Information" etc. I should describe a little of everything so that you may find it helpful to review these information before you buy it. Advantages: High spec, good looks, smallest PDA available and great value for money.
Disadvantages: No intergrated WiFi and less RAM than some PDA's.

...a 240x320 QVGA resolution. The colours are very vibrant and the fonts look really crisp. Seeing is believing with this device. Another nice feature is that you can switch the screen from portrait to landscape, this versatility comes in really handy for some applications. Indicator lights…. These are situated above the display and flash/glow yellow, green, blue or red depending on what is going on with your device. The bits on the side.. On the right is the stylus which has an unusual black end that matches the rounded curves of the device. At first you struggle to find it, but soon get used to it. Next to the stylus is the power button, which is small, which is great as it means you never switch it on accidentally. ...My sister and nephew came for dinner this weekend and as I wasn’t expecting them some quick hunting about in the cupboards and freezer soon found enough to feed them a decent sized meal,but what to serve for pudding? I hunted around and then realised I had gotten a little sentimental over the home cooked puddings we had at home and in a moment of weakness I bought a box of Aunt Bessie’s jam roly poly,the next best thing I thought. Everything went fine with the dinner,then I shot in the kitchen to make the pudding crossing my fingers it would turn out all right. The box itself is blue,with red edgings,and has a picture of what is supposed to be aunt Bessie with the roly poly all cooked and a slice cut off on a plate.
