...Ok where to start. My sister got the headset free with her Motorola phone (ages ago) she has never used it and hid lost the instructions for it. We have just moved house and my dad found the headset. He charged it up but none of use could work out how to use it as SOMEONE (My sister) had lost the instructions. So I searched the web yesterday and found a PDF instruction book ready to look at. The file loaded up and I was using the headset in minutes. -The box- the box is made of plastic and is about 25cm tall and 20 cm wide. (approx.). There is a stylish cover thing on the inside so you can see what you are buying. It says; " Bluetooth Universal Wireless Headset HS850" it also states that it is compatible with all Bluetooth phones. Advantages: Very comfortable, good earpiece volume, stylish, many extras

My experience may not be yours. It beeps when out of range, so at least you know! Advantages: Easy to hear and be heard, cuts out background noise, good price
Disadvantages: Personally I find it difficult to keep it on my ear

...I bought this product to go with my very first bluetooth phone (Motorola A835 reviewed seperately). I was working in London a lot and wanted to be able to keep my phone out of sight in my bag, also when shopping or out somewhere noisy I never hear the phone so this seemed like an ideal solution. ...I bought this headset for use with my Play Station 3 for online voice chat whilst playing various games. First of all you have to charge it for a while before using it and it's fully rechargeable! The headset fits very comfortably in your ear of choice as it the ear hook can be reversed for people who may prefer the earpiece in their left ear. Now onto sound quality...to be honest when I'm on the PS3 it's pretty fuzzy. But that is actually due to my quite terrible internet provider probably! When I use it with my phone it's as clear as day and easy to use. Overall, this is a product worth buying given the price of it! Tired of loops of wire and fiddly controls when using a hands / free? Then this is for you. Setup. After about 2 -3 attempts I managed to get a Bluetooth connection between Phone ( Motorola V8) and headset. This connection delivered a strong signal to my ears and made my play lists ( mostly light classical music with a few of Sinatra's offerings mixed in) really come alive. Stereo effect has a very slight bias towards the left hand speaker, but I'm putting that down to my 69 years old Mk. I lug 'oles, not performing as they used to! General Performance. ...If you need a Bluetooth headset then this is a descent choice. From the great company Gioteck who in my opinion make the best Playstation 3 accessories. Their packaging and intruction manual show their quality alone. The headset itself looks great and isn't too heavy. It fits okay on your ear although they went for the comfortable approach the rubber peice that goes behind your ear is really too flimsy and when moving, the whole thing can fall off easily. It has a very useful mute button which comes in handy on games such as Call of Duty 4. Volume up and down buttons are also useful and easy to use. The long microphone peice does well at reducing the amount of echo as it does not record whatever is coming out of the earpiece. Initially I had a perfectly serviceable old BodyGlove ear piece which came with all the usual issues like occasionally dropping out of a call, at times not being heard or not being able to hear and running out of battery quite quickly. I assumed this was the norm! Comfort The weight is very light (1.14 oz) and, if you have an average head size, sits very comfortably round the back of your head. The ear buds do not go right into your ear but sit just inside. Considering the part that sits over the top of your ear is inflexible, it does not rub at all.
