...Ok where to start. My sister got the headset free with her Motorola phone (ages ago) she has never used it and hid lost the instructions for it. We have just moved house and my dad found the headset. He charged it up but none of use could work out how to use it as SOMEONE (My sister) had lost the instructions. So I searched the web yesterday and found a PDF instruction book ready to look at. The file loaded up and I was using the headset in minutes. -The box- the box is made of plastic and is about 25cm tall and 20 cm wide. (approx.). There is a stylish cover thing on the inside so you can see what you are buying. It says; " Bluetooth Universal Wireless Headset HS850" it also states that it is compatible with all Bluetooth phones. Advantages: Very comfortable, good earpiece volume, stylish, many extras

Probably the best bluetooth headset around

Advantages: Great sound quality, durable, good looking, easy to use, good battery life
Disadvantages: Annoying blue light on side

...I have had one of these now for 3 months and I do not regret buying it at all, it has been an excellent buy and complements my Nokia N97 nicely. Sound Quality The sound quality is fantastic, I have never experienced such good sound for a bluetooth headset, it will easily match any wired headset. Just be careful because some devices may only support mono not stereo. The microphone is very good and picks voice up well in a quite place, but would struggle in a train station for example. Battery Life I am not really sure how long the battery is because it does vary wildly depending on volume and distance from the phone, I have found that the battery life runs about 8-9 hours, less than the stated 11, but still good.
