...Motorola S9 Bluetooth stereo active headset I received this free with the new Razr2 phone and am really impressed with the quality of sound. Initially I had a perfectly serviceable old BodyGlove ear piece which came with all the usual issues like occasionally dropping out of a call, at times not being heard or not being able to hear and running out of battery quite quickly. I assumed this was the norm! Comfort The weight is very light (1.14 oz) and, if you have an average head size, sits very comfortably round the back of your head. The ear buds do not go right into your ear but sit just inside. Considering the part that sits over the top of your ear is inflexible, it does not rub at all. Im not sure what this means but you may find it useful to know that the headset is compliant with and adopts the Bluetooth Specification 1.1. The headset can also work with other bluetooth phones, but you would need to check the compatibility to make sure. Overall, I would recommend the headset. Advantages: First Class 'Hands free' performance Great stereo effect

...The Bluetooth S9 headset retails at a around £100 and after about 3 months of use I am fairly well impressed with its performance. Tired of loops of wire and fiddly controls when using a hands / free? Then this is for you. Setup. After about 2 -3 attempts I managed to get a Bluetooth connection between Phone ( Motorola V8) and headset. This connection delivered a strong signal to my ears and made my play lists ( mostly light classical music with a few of Sinatra's offerings mixed in) really come alive. Stereo effect has a very slight bias towards the left hand speaker, but I'm putting that down to my 69 years old Mk. I lug 'oles, not performing as they used to! General Performance. Overall very good. PROVIDING one either mounts the Phone in a car holder or places it within arm's length on a table the reception... Read review

.... At least, the 5300 supports A2DP Stereo Bluetooth headsets. All in all, I enjoyed using the Nokia 5300 as a cell phone. There are better music player phones out there but this one offers a great deal of features in a reasonably good music player that is easy to carry around and well built. The only annoyances/problems that I identified are easy to live with: the slider system does not lock up quite well when up so if, for instance, you put it back in your pocket while open and in a conversation, it may slide back in and interupt your call - be cautious. Battery life was only average and the earset and speakerphone volumes were ok but could have been a bit higher.... Read review

...really bad but then you just get used to them which was the case for my headphones. They also bend and flex really easily and fold up really small, I can do a lot with these headphones as I can talk though the built in microphone on my phone, listen to music from my phone and my mp3 player, Bluetooth technology is indeed amazing and can only get better! the range is not too good only up to around 10m but that's Bluetooth for you it isn't designed for long distance and to be honest you don't need it to be there are buttons on the headphones to receive calls and adjust volume up or down and it is easy to pair with other devices.... ...Due to the changing laws about driving and using mobile phones, I decided the safest option rarther than get a fine was to purchase a bluetooth handsfree unit rarther than the obtrusive and normally naff connectable phone hands free units. After much reserch and shopping around I decided to give the HSW 8000 a go. You can pay anything upto £150 for a good bluetooth headset, indeed the HSW 8000 was retailing at £99 when I got mine (however I paid £25 on ebay) but in most of the reputable stores you will find it selling at around £50 but do shop around there is always a bargain to be had. Some new contract deals even supply both phone and bluetooth headset but watch out for the terms and conditions.
