After downloading the demo from the Playstation store, disliking the game and branding it as an all out button basher, I deleted it. However, this was only my experience of playing the compuer. I tried the demo again at a friends house and thought it was brilliant when you play someone else. So I decided to download the demo again. This time round fighting the computer was more fun for some reason, so I bought the real game. Gameplay The gameplay is excellent. Virtua Tennis 2009

Advantages: Mini-games, Trophy Collecting Opportunity

...I've always preferred the more Arcade-ish Virtua Tennis to the more tennis sim game Top Spin, so when Virtua Tennis 2009 was released I bought it on the release date. - Gameplay - The gameplay is virtually identical to the original Virtua Tennis, with the main change being instead if diving for a shot just out of reach - you now stumble at it. There is no flat shot, which leaves with only slice, top spin or lob - which is a bit disappointing. It's very easy to get the hang of the game, as all you have to do is either use the directional buttons or the analogue stick to get you to the ball then press one of the action buttons to hit it. You don't have to get your timing perfect or anywhere near it, but if you do you will play a better show. - Graphics - The graphics in this game are shocking...

Halliwell Jones Chester (BMW) - Give Them A Wide Berth

Advantages: Some pretty cars to look at in the showroom
Disadvantages: Poor after-sales, the ability to 'create' problems with your car (then refuse to accept liabilty)

...My wife purchased a 2nd hand Mini Cooper last year (2008) and included with the car was the TLC 5 year servicing plan. The car didn't appear to have been serviced upon collection, and the absence of any service book dealer stamps would seem to confirm this, so in March this year (2009) the car was booked into Halliwell Jones Chester (BMW) for a service. We explained the situation to the service desk advisor who assured us that the car would receive the necessary attention. When the car was collected, the mechanism which operates the drivers' seat sliding back/forth was inoperable - we'd had no previous problems with the seat (or the car at all) until that point. The dealer agreed to replace the seat rails and mechanism under warranty, but argued that they hadn't caused the seat to fail. Coincidence therefore? In the weeks following...

BMW Sytner Chigwell

Advantages: Great customer service, aparently no matter who you are.
Disadvantages: Services can be a bit pricey, but not as bad as you would think.

...I have visited BMW Sytner a few times over the last 3-4 years & I have to say, they have the best customer service i have experienced at any dealership, bar none. I am not your typical kind of guy you would see in a BMW showroom, I am 27 years old but look like I am 17, I probably go there looking a bit rag tag aswell (I think i do it on purpose, i am not fond of face value). But I always feel that they treat me with the same courtesy as all of their customers I have been to Sytner for 3 series parts a few times & no matter how small the problem, the staff are always very helpful & polite. They took their time to track down some E36 washers I could have probably got anywhere & smiled at me when i thought they would charge me for it!, lol. The Beano Annual 2009

Advantages: Still got the classsical Beano characters, it only cost me 97p
Disadvantages: Some of the stories seemed quite adult for a childrens comic

...I was on Amazon recently and needed to buy an extra little something to make my order to over £5 so that I could get free delivery, I saw ?The Beano Annual 2009? for 97p so I decided to get it! I used to be in the Beano club when I was younger, and had a subscription to the Beano magazine. I have to say though that I haven?t read a beano in about 15 years! I was quite intrigued to see if Beano had changed at all since I had read it last. The annual is a hardback book, which is around A4 size. On the front cover is a picture of Dennis the Menace and Gnasher reeking havoc on Beano town, along with some Beano Town residents either cheering them on or booing. When you open the book, I quite liked the designs used on the inside of the cover on the back and front. They have pencil drawn sketches of the characters in different stages...

Waste your life for virtual glory. FM 2009

Advantages: Great level of detail, fantasticly addictive and satisfying to play
Disadvantages: Your family may forget you, tedious if your not 100% into it

I tried these and they're just not as good as the PC versions as so much had to be left out and the control method wasn't as intuitive. 2008 added yet more features. 2009 brings us up to date, finally that's what I'm going to review! FM 2009 is not for the casual gamer, or for someone who likes frantically pressing buttons directing the on screen action. ...Two months ago, I purchased a BMW 323ci convertible from Vines of Guildford who are BMW main dealers. The car is 8 years old and had just over 47000 miles on the clock. It was sold with a BMW used car warranty but with certain exclusions due to its age, explained to me after I had paid a deposit on it. In the last couple of weeks, knocking noises have started coming from the engine which have progressively got worse. I've owned three BMWs and I know these cars well but I've never had one do that before.
