BMW 325i convertable
Advantages: Fair price, electric roof, leather interior, CD player and, of course 'blindingly rapid'.
Disadvantages: Quite expensive parts, can tend to guzzle petrol depending on the speed.
...Two years ago my brother was serching for a car which had class, good looks, gave a good performance, a soft-top and space for his golf clubs. He found a mattalic purple BMW 325i convertable which gave him everything above. The only thing it didn't give him was the good performance - instead it's performance was excellent.
The soft-top folded back itself - what would you expect? The car came with black leather interior, a CD player, alloy wheels, a standard BMW alarm system and lots more.
Insurance can obviously be high for a quality motor as with the BMW 325i. If anyone was going to buy this car my advice to them would be that:
*BMW parts can be expensive, although replica parts are available at a fraction of the cost.
*It may be necessary to buy a wind-breaker, (which breaks the sometimes violent wind when the roof is down...

BMW 330CI CONVERTABLE D/P
Advantages: looks
Disadvantages: fuel
...Brought this car six weeks ago and where do i start?.
The power?,the looks?, or the relibilty of the car.
The first thing that sold the car to me was when the sales man pushed the button on the key fob and the roof dropped down with out me being in the car, it also does this from quite a distance. I got the m-sport pack which does set the car off a treat.
I get on the fuel economy approx 24-25 mpg on a run, i try to keep the at 40 mpg on the dash.
This car is fast and in sports mode with the sequntial gears it does hold the road and keeps the power coming.
The roof is great and not to bad on drop speed, can do this at lights if straight off, but dont do it if they change quick as you will feel a fool.
The car does look great and drives excellent, with the roof down i have not gone for a wind deflector as why have a convertable...

HOW SENSIBLE CAN A CONVERTIBLE GET?
Advantages: Weather Proof. Engine. Fuel Economy. Style. Interior Space.
Disadvantages: Purchase Price.
...Please note that the photograph inserted by Ciao at the top of this page is NOT the car of the title - it is the very different last model, soft roof BMW 3-Series.
I have published pictures of the latest model - that is, the car reviewed and which the title refers to.
WHAT IS IT?
The BMW 320d SE is a clever folding metal roof version of BMW's ever popular 3-Series. Particularly interesting in this case is that roof up, the styling is barely distinguishable from the conventional 3-Series Coupe model.
The 3-Series has always been one of the more spacious, four seater convertibles, the folding metal roof does not change this, at 4.58 metres long and 1.985 wide, it is identical in size to Coupe model.
WHICH SPECIFIC MODEL?
The model reviewed here is the new four cylinder, 177bhp 320 diesel, in non-sporting SE trim. This...

2008 BMW X6...is pure genuis
Advantages: Character of a coupe. With the genius of X-models
Disadvantages: The sticker price
...The car being reviewed here is the 2008 BMW X6. The BMW X6 I believe is defining a whole new vehicle category..it's the world's first the Sports Activity Coupe. In a nutshell it's the best of two world's. You have the high ground clearance, high seating position's, big wheels...in my view comparable to the BMW X5, but on top of all that for the first time you get the design, performance and the agility of a large coupe. Talking about the design this X6 does not only have Sport design elements. From its whole silhouette...its a real coupe. For example, when I look at the roof line, its not just the window graphics which is sporty. But from the highest point, above the drivers seat the roof line slopes gently towards the rear, which is a genuine characteristic of a coupe. Also I see there is lot's of "muscle" in the wheel arches...

Red Dwarf series 6.
Advantages: VERY FUNNY
Disadvantages: NOTHING
...Red Dwarf series 6.
This wonderfully funny and fantastically written show ran for eight series and almost had a film made, sadly not to be.
Starring;
Craig Charles - Dave Lister
Arnold J Rimmer - Chris Barrie
Cat - Danny John-Jules
Kryten - Robert Llewellyn
Holy was played by two people, Norman Lovett and later Hattie Hayridge. Although Norman did return later in the series.
Kristine Kochanski was also played by two people Clare Grogan and then later by Chloë Annett.
Kryten was initially played by David Ross but thankfully he did not stay in the role.
It had a simple premise, The Red Dwarf Mining ship has a radiation leak which kills all of the crew except Dave who is in Null space put there as a punishment for bringing a cat aboard the ship and then refusing to surrender it up to the captain.
He is...

BMW 320i soft top, A real drivers car.
Advantages: style, class, powerful and built to last.
Disadvantages: replacement parts can be expensive.
...As a qualified mechanic and the owner of god knows how many cars over the years I have decided the time has come to do an automobile review and what better to review than my one time pride and joy sadly no longer with me my BMW 320i convertible.
I bought my BMW in 2003 it was 2 years old and set me back around 12 thousand pounds which was roughly half the cost of buying a new one and was at the time a very good deal. I fell in love with the car after one test drive and just had to have it. Although there have been many different versions of the 320i over the years with very different specs the one I bought was pretty top of the range and had the majority of extras available. I am of course reviewing the car from my own personal opinion so this review will contain information on the extras my BMW had but do not expect to find these...

Renault Megane Convertable 1.6
Advantages: Stylish and surprisingly roomy in the boot
Disadvantages: sluggish engine
...The Meagane has a five star safety rating which was just the assurance I needed when I becam a first time mum. My two seater Tigra was no longer big enough to carry everything I needed, and the Meagne provided the stylish looks but practical features I required. The boot provided enough room for a large Silver Cross Pram and plenty of shopping as well. The seatbelts in the back where long enough to hold securely a baby seat and the storage compartments where used to full capacity.
One problem with the Megane is the 1.6litre engine feels sluggish and slow but the air conditioning, digital diplays, and fully retractable lid make up for its shortcomings. A lovely car for family to own but not one for the boy racers. Fuel consumption was excellent and despite reading reviews on poor retractable roof quality mine has not had a problem...

Red Dwarf: Series 6 review
Advantages: Funny, lots of replay value, good writing
Disadvantages: None
...Red Dwarf: Series 6 is the sixth season of the British sci-fi sitcom created by Rob Grant and Doug Naylor. The sixth series started in 1993 and consists of six episodes.
The series starts off with the crew awaking from suspended animation. Someone has taken Red Dwarf, they don't know why, but they have been tracking their exhaust trail for 200 years and have now caught up with it. Thus, this whole series is based nearly entirely onboard Starbug, a small transport vessel.
This was the first season of Red Dwarf I ever saw, so for me it has a lot of sentimental value to it. I hardly watch any British comedy really, and so for me to actually watch and love this it shows how much quality it has.
The writing is superb, it's like Blackadder in the fact that a lot of the humour comes from insults and put downs. This is a tad more crude...

OFAH Series 6
Advantages: Super Funny, the most classic episode ever is on this DVD!
Disadvantages: lack of extras
...-----------------------------------------------------------------
THE BASICS
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Only fools and horses has always been one of the best comedy series ever. Ever since I was young, I always remember staying up to watch the antics of Del boy and Rodney on the television. OFAH The complete series 6, see's the classic episode where Del falls "through" the bar, and Rodney and Cassandra get married.
Only Fools and Horses was the creation of John Sullivan, and every episode was masterful and never uneventful. I think that everybody on this planet could relate in some way or another to the laughter and drama and antics that the brothers and their friends would get up to.
Every episode of Only Fools and Horses seems to get funnier and funnier, there is no doubt in my mind that I...

The Simpsons - Series 6 Review
Advantages: Funny, moving, fantastic TV!
Disadvantages: None
...The Simpsons juggernaut keeps rolling on, by season 6 they were really into their stride. The fifth season was a huge success so this series continued on from that very popular period to bring us more classic episodes. Wonderful animation with vivid, bright colours, plenty of movie references, inside jokes and just out right slapstick moments and some fantastic guest appearances.
Some of those fantastic guest appearances include Meryl Streep in 'Bart's Girlfriend', as the reverends daughter who turns Bart's head, Winona Rider in 'Lisa's Rival' playing well, you can guess, and Kelsey Grammar in 'Sideshow Bob Roberts', another razor sharp episode about the political system.
This season also shows how good the writers are at writing songs, with some of the best in this season, including 'The Stonecutters Song' and 'See My Vest' in...
