...We had debated for a long time before we bought these scales as to whether or not it was going to be worth it. At a couple of pennies short of £50, it did seem a lot to pay out when you can buy scales in Argos for a tenner. However, we thought ‘what the heck’ and bought the scales from Boots in Walsall at a cost of £49.99. Once the packaging was opened, we found a very informative booklet explaining the workings of the scales. It explains the principles of measuring body fat, what body fat percentage is, explains how your body fat can fluctuate during the day, why it is important to measure body fat and the best one is that it give you a healthy percentage of body fat depending on your sex and age. Beautiful Body

...I actually received thhis product as a present in part of a gift set, with a bottle of the perfume and a shimmer stick pulse point perfume. I really love the fragrance of the perfume, quite floral and woody (lotus blossom, liquid amber, black orchid and mahogany wood) and very distinctive. I was interested to see how this translated into a body lotion. The bottle itself if made of pretty thick plastic (it's quite hard to squeze the product out) and opens to a capped end with a small hole in - much like sun lotions. The cream is pretty thick and smells quite strongly of the euphoria scent. On application, the product goes quite a long way and not a lot is needed. However, I found that it did not absorb very easily into the skin and needed quite a bit of rubbing in. Once it had been absorbed, my skin felt soft and smelt great...

Fun body toning, fat burning workout

I swear by this, I have been doing this DVD for months now and not had an injury. It goes quickly and is led by Jackie, with Davina happily chatting away throughout, which makes good fun viewing too! The first section is really tough, and it is for your Legs and Bums. This section has 3 1 minute bursts of interval training, which raise your heart rate and gets you burning fat. Usually this is star jumps, running on the spot, skipping or other high energy activities. Legs and Bums is very reliant on squats, and god can you feel it! ...A few years ago a friend of mine bought me a gift set from The Body Shop for Christmas and amongst the items contained therein was a pot of body butter. I really wasn?t expecting to like it at all; from the term ?body butter? I expected it to be really greasy and oily. I was quite wrong and have been hooked ever since! The one I am currently using is the Satsuma Body Butter which normally retails at £12.20 for a pot containing 200ml although there is an offer on at the moment reducing the price by 20% so it is only £9.76. If you do like Body Shop products it is worth keeping your eyes open during the year as they often have special offers so it is worth stocking up when things are cheaper. I thought at first that it made so much sense that the other manufacturers would follow suit but that was not the case, however, I still like the idea and it has helped my game (I keep thinking about that old saying - a bad workman always blames his tools?!)
