Advantages: smells so good, feel lovely on the skin, and it's kiss-proof ;)

...Although this is a very expensive product it really does 'exactly what it says on the tin'. The sensual massage oil is great for massages and the scent of the oil really relaxes you and also gets you in the mood for some perfect time with your partner. I used this on my partner recently and he seemed to love every minute of it. After a few drops of this massage oil he was relaxed. He seems to suffer with a lot of tension around his neck shoulders and the bottom of his back. However, this massage oil really did the job! You don't even need to use a great deal of the oil for it to kick in. I think I would have to say that this is a brilliant investment and is relaxing for both men and women. It's brilliant for the art of massages and perfect with when using with a lover as it's kiss proof and doesn't taste horrible or feel funny...

...Well here I am again, doing another op on a Dove Product. As many of you are aware I suffer with dry sensitive skin and DOVE is one of the few products that helps with my skins needs. I thought I would try this particular Body Wash/Massage Shower, whatever you want to call it as the Massaging Pearls contained in it caught my eye. I paid £1.69 for a 250ml bottle from Savers, but I have seen it retail at £2.99 in some supermarkets. The bottle is white with the usual DOVE logo in dark blue and a picture of a whirlpool of what is supposed to represent the massage pearls in purple on the front, and the on the back is a list of ingriedients along side what this bodywash does for you in various languages and the addresses of the makers LEVER FABERGE. Qigong Massage

Advantages: packed full with techniques and information; a serious well presented resource
Disadvantages: some may find it pricey (although not if you remember the almost 4 hours viewing time!)

...always been different to that of western medicine; one must remember that these techniques were developed to 'maintain' health (i.e. preventative) rather than 'treat symptoms' as western doctors do. So, if you practice these techniques and you begin to feel better (sometimes just moving a little more than usual can do a wealth of good! you don't need to 'believe' in qi!) do not stop any medical treatment your doctor may have prescribed. The exercises and massage techniques will support and help the body to become more relaxed, focused and positive, and therefore help the treatment!!! I cannot recommend this DVD highly enough; taiji and qigong are very gentle yet extremely effective and powerful exercises; the effects might not be sudden or dramatic but cumulative; so unlike sleeping pills that may put you to sleep as soon as you swallow...
