...I have been buying this Body Shop 'Peppermint Cooling Foot Lotion' for years now. I really like the product. When I used to work long shifts as a waitress my feet used to get really sore and quite hard and dry on the bottom, so when I finished my shift in the evenings I used to apply this before I went to bed and sleep with a pair of socks on and the effect of the peppermint cooling your feet down, and the fact that it moisturised the feet was just bliss! If you have hard, dry skin on your feet I would really recommend this. It really softens them up and moisturises. The foot lotion does take a few minutes to absorb and it is a little oily, so if I out in on just before bed I usually put socks on too so that it does not get on my bed sheets. Burt's Bees Carrot Nutritive Body Lotion

...Recently I was given a Burt's Bees gift bag with lots of Burt's Bees miniatures in it. One of these was the 'Carrot Nutritive Body Lotion'. The bottle I got was a 29.5ml size, but it is also available to buy in a full sized bottle which holds 236ml and costs around £13. Burt's Bees products are quite easy to get a hold of, with a lot of shops selling them. They are also widely available online. The miniature bottle looks exactly the same as the full sized bottle, just a lot smaller! The bottle is made of yellow plastic and has a white plastic screw top lid. It has pictures of carrots on the label along with the name of the product in nice, clear, red font. Body Shop Neroli Jasmin Body Lotion

Advantages: Fragrances the skin well.
Disadvantages: Dryer skins may need more moisurisation than this.

...What I like about this lotion is the fact that it really does scent your skin - some body lotions smell nice in the bottle but once on your skin the fragrance isn't very strong. This one however fragrances the skin almost as much as a perfume. Use with other Neroli Jasmin products for a good effect. What I also like is the fact that it is easy to apply - body butters as opposed to lotions have been popular lately but I find the thicker consistencies of the butters mean that you need to work it around in your hands a bit to 'loosen it up', otherwise it doesn't spread over your skin as well. But this lotion has a really good coverage, meaning that you don't need to use too much. It also quite quickly absorbed so you can get dressed as soon as you have applied it if you don't use too much. It left my skin quite soft although not as soft...

Im not keen on the butters, they are far too thick and leave a film of cream over my body which doesnt seem to disappear till the following day. The smell is so fruity and delicious and is a treat to use after a pamper bath or a shower.
