Finally a Business book worth reading

...20 are showered with praise and rewards and the bottom should be removed. Those in the middle 70 need to improve themselves and make it in the top 20. This is a system that motivates all employees to do better and improves the workforce as a whole. Welches opinion on candor was also an eye opener for me. Welch belives strongly that candor is needed to be a successful company and that everybody should say what they think. I found this approach very refreshing and was interested to read how it was implemented and how it became successful. I would recommend this book to anybody with aspiriations of making it to the top, especially students, as i feel it gives a real insight into what business in the real world is and not just what is in textbooks. This is a totally honest and informative text and i learnt so much from it....

The Business

...The Business is set in the 1980s and tells the story of a young man from London who goes to work in Spain. The film is set in the Costa del Sol, The acting, the storyline and the script in this film is not very good.. I might recommended this film for the soundtrack but not much else because it really isn't that good. ...Apple mac-books, where to start... ok, so to start, it is an apple, that means you get a solid quality product and on the whole very good customer are. this particualar apple is deffinatly more suited to being a media center than other laptops. At first glance you realise that it is a fairly large laptop, this allows for a big screen, which being an apple ffers clear vivid displays, unfortunatly the big screen increases the overal size and also uses more battery, however, the 4.5 hour yattery is still very good for an entertainment laptop. The laptops technical specs include a very fast 2.5 ghz dual core proccesor which is very fast, the dual core allows it to tackle multiple tasks quicly as well as increasing the overall speed of the laptop. The DVD cost about £12 and was worth every penny. It was one of the best exercise programmes I have completed. I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a fitness DVD....
