Advantages: Fast, easy to navigate, secure booking, large search database
Disadvantages: None

...that booking.com had the best rates for my criteria and I booked securely online using there reservation system. The outcome: I got a lovely B&B for £32 a night with breakfast included in the heart of edinburgh. The only small downside was that you need a printer to print off the reservation email to show to the B&B or hotel and my printer was broken so I went to the library. Not a problem...

EASY BOOKING.COM

Advantages: No charge until you have stayed.
Disadvantages: None

Booking.com helps hotels cheat customers.

Advantages: extensive database of hotels, many quite inexpensive
Disadvantages: if a hotel cheats you, they will apologize, but do nothing.
