Boots No7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow (Innocence)

...Yet again last week I found myself with a £5 off No7 voucher from Boots! This time I decided I would buy a light coloured eyeshadow because my usual one had smashed in my bag! I always like to have one which has a little brush inside the pot so I can take it around in my bag and still use it easily. So when I noticed No7 do one like this I decided to try it. I was surprised that it was £7, as it's a pretty small eyeshadow, but with the voucher it meant I only paid £2. The only pale colour I could see was a nice cream colour called "Innocence" Packaging It comes in a little black case with gold 'No7' on the front. When you open it the eyeshadow takes up about ¾ of the space inside and there is a really cute little brush in the other bit. Boots No.7 Instant Radiance Concealer - brilliant product

Advantages: Blends nicely, conceals dark shadows, one tube lasts a few months
Disadvantages: No way of knowing when it will run out, cleaning the brush is a mild nuisance

...I first dicovered Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Beauty serum just before christmas. It was my birthday and I had a little money to treat myself. I have never found really good makeup for my skin as it can get very oily in places but also cracks and sore in other places. A friend reccommended the No 7 range to me, so i bought foundation and moisturiser. There was an offer at the time which meant I got a lovely little makeup bag with lots of small samples such as nail varnish, mascara, eyeshaddow and of course the beauty serum. Over the next few days I pampered my self with the variouse different freebies. After cleansing I used the serum and couldnt believe how well it absorbed into my skin, other moisturisers and potions seem to be thick and feel tacky on the skin, but not this. ...And so my bad luck with Mascara's continues? I decided to buy this mascara this week after being pleased with the No7 Volume mascara in the past. This one was £11.50 but I had a £5 off voucher so it didn't seem too much for a No7 mascara. I chose this particular one because the name sounded appealing and the promises it made to make your lashes much more curled and thicker looking. Also there was a display on the counter of the exciting new brush which did look rather good, with its coiled middle and normal bristles on the outside. Also the display brush was pink which somehow made it more appealing even though the one you buy would obviously never actually look pink! Not quite there with the Heinz baked beans, but not as far down the shelf as the 4p basic brand. ...The No 7 Range from Boots has some good skin creams and I was searching the site because I wanted to review the No 7 Age Rewind cream but I am going to have to request that product. While I was running down the list of No 7 products I noticed the softening foot balm, one of the creams that I have used in the past. The 75ml tube of No 7 softening foot balm is fairly expensive in my opinion (£9.50 for 75ml ) but any cream that is successful in softening tough cracked heels has to be worth a trial run. The flip top tube is very plain and simple but that applies to most of the No 7 packaging. Maybe we should be pleased that No7 are concentrating on producing good quality products in simplistic packaging, I often think that the cosmetic companies do try to outdo each other in making their wares stand out on the shelves. ...I have used many no 7 foundations over the years and, think that although it is not the best for price it gives the best coverage and it lasts. Boots No 7 Intelligent Balance Mousse Foundation comes in various shades Suede, Tan, Buff, Almond, Ivory and Blonde. I use Blonde in all the ranges of foundation that no 7 have. This gives your skin a soft finish as the foundation blends easily with the skin and leaves you face with a flawless finish to cover all those blemishes, so all you require is a little powder brushed over the top and it looks great. I use this more in the winter, I use a tinted moisturiser in the summer as I think you need a lighter look in the sun and this does not do that well as it gives a great coverage but in the summer it tends to melt whilst on you face and it ends up looking uneven.
