This is the thing I like most about it, you are always guaranteed to find a store wherever you are in the country which makes it easy when you need to buy a repeat brand or just need to pop into one quickly because you have left your toothbrush at home on a weekend away. I Pretty Much Gave Boots Online Store the Boot

Advantages: Easy to place orders

...I'm a great fan of internet shopping - it's great for those of us who hate braving the crowded shops at lunchtimes, queuing for ages, going to buy something specific and not finding it and feeling annoyed that you've wasted a big part of your lunch break. Boots is one of those shops where I tend to do most of my cosmetics and beauty product shopping. When I found out several years back that Boots had an online site, I was pretty much over the moon - sad but true! I was pretty happy about the fact that I could browse the online store from the comfort of my own home and order at my leisure and that all I would then have to do is wait for my items to be delivered. ...Boots is one of the best places to go and buy your shopping from. I aways pop into boots and i end up buting something. Boots sells a lot of things from: Medicines First aid Vitamins & Supplements Make up Health Equipment Foot care Diet & Weight Loss Eye care Skin care Body care Suncare Hair stuff Fragrances Baby Toiletries Nappies, Wipes & Changing Dental Deodorants Electrical stuff And a lot more stuff Most of the time i go into Boots they will have great deals on like 3 for 2 or buy one get one free. They also have a Clearance bit in my store and it has some great deals. The staff in my store are very helpful and when i can not find things what i want they will help. Boots Store Hereford - Bad Setup For Parents

Disadvantages: Stupid and unhelpfull layout of baby and childrens section

...I live in Hereford and have a young daughter. Recently our branch of Boots has undergone a large alteration programme which has made the store much brighter and more attractive however they have made one very large mistake. They did not install a new lift so if you are a wheelchair user or have a pram to get upstairs first you have to find a member of staff who is free and then they take you upstairs in a freight lift. This is not an ideal arrangement for obvious reasons however it is made even worse for Mums like me by the fact that they sell the nappies and baby foods downstairs but the toys and clothes are upstairs. Why not have all the baby items together downstairs as they used to have? Would it be to try to get Mums upstairs where they also sell household items, camera films etc hence spending more money? ...Boots is a well-known chemist with stores up and down the country. If you don't have one near you, or find it inconvenient, you can buy products from the website at http://www.boots.com. Boots sell cosmetics, medicines, perfumes, haircare products, even sandwiches, and they are even branching out into areas like Botox, photo-processing, opticians, and laser-eye surgery! I have seen these advertised, but I have not used these services, so I can't comment on them. I have two stores near me, but I'm concentrating on the Trafford Centre branch for now. It is spread out into two floors - the ground floor deals with photo-processing and baby products, ie: nappies, bottles, etc. The upper floor is dedicated almost entirely to cosmetics, haircare products, etc, with a small section for the food (sandwiches, crisps, drinks, etc...

The company was sold to an American drug company in the 20's and was sold back to British owners in the 30's. In 1991 Boots bought the company Halfords which sold bicycle, car and camping equipment. Boots later sold Halfords in 2002. The company manufactures its own brand of painkillers, vitamins and other such drugs. ...I would just like to write a review on Boots, based on the main store in the Centre of Plymouth's main shopping centre. The Boots store I am reviewing is in Drake Circus, which is a fairly new shopping centre in the middle of Plymouth. Boots has had a long prescence in Plymouth, and there has always been a shop within 100 yards or so of where it actually is now from what I can remember. The original place that housed Boots is known locally, by the affectionate name of 'Boots Corner' - but should you wish to find a place in Plymouth, then I can honestly say that if it is in this area then don't be surprised if you hear Boots Corner being talked about. Childhood Memories In The Disney Store

...The Disney Store is a shop that sells Disney merchandise. There are Disney Stores across the UK and indeed across the world. There are Disney Stores in Disney World and Disney Land. If you have never been in a Disney Store you will be amazed at the different types of products that are usually always in stock. Although I must say I think you either love or hate the Disney Store. My husband doesn't understand the appeal of purchasing a Disney character bear for £20 when you can buy another bear somewhere else for half the price. I think if you have been brought up to watch Disney cartoons then you have an automatic liking of Disney.
