Advantages: Do a decent job
Disadvantages: None really

Multiple vitamins in one tablet - Boots Multi Vitamins

Advantages: easy to take, cheap, helpful when you're run down
Disadvantages: not as good as getting your vitamins from proper foods

Boots Sleepeaze Tablets

Advantages: Help aid a good nights sleep, don't leave you feeling drowsy
Disadvantages: I still woke a couple of times
