Clean ears.

Advantages: Removes wax but only surface wax.
Disadvantages: None.

...down inside the ear and you cannot hear at all, you should seek medical advice from your Dr or Pharmacist. But for my build up, I find it works perfectly and removes all traces of wax from my ear. I do also use it on my hearing ear too and find it works well for both ears but I don't use the spray on the same day. I alternate the days for each ear.
