There is so much importance placed on the good old washer and if you get that right the rest of the appliances should be the same make. ...I have to admit this was the appliance out of the six recently bought for the new kitchen that has given me personally the greatest satisfaction. The old Dishwasher gave up heating the water just before Christmas and since then yours truly has been donning the rubber gloves and scrubbing the pots and pans. So it was a momentous day when the first load was put in the Bosch and I sat back and wasted fifteen minutes watching mindless soap opera. We were in the process of changing our kitchen from white appliances to stainless steel, so I instructed him to look for a stainles steel Neff product which would blend in and hopefully see us through the next 9 years. He went out in his lunch break to a nearby 'Curry's' store and after a long conversation with a sales assistant, which I am given to understand included 2 cups of coffee and an attempt to sell him a 'managers special', he settled on the memorably named "Bosch SG143E05" model, in stainless steel with a free sample of Finish dishwasher tablets inside. Advantages: Quiet, energy efficient, Bosch reliability, electronic controls and display
Disadvantages: Too many wash options!

...property I have previously had machines which made plenty of noise (Whirlpool etc...). The Bosch unit however is quiet and typically causes us no bother in terms of having it on whilst we are around the house. Vibration from the machine is also very low given the special dampening system I understand Bosch use. The machine seems to do its job very well. We have had no problem with the wash results or the removal of stains. I play a lot of sport and it does a great job on my football and gym kit! A typical cotton wash cycle at 40 degrees takes around 70 minutes. The machine is a A+ rated appliance and its use of water whilst not being the lowest for its class is still very good. ...After breaking the handle on my last kettle I decided it was time to buy a new one and after reading several reviews online I settled for the Bosch TWK8SL1GB. I love my Bosch kettle; it is simply one of the best looking kitchen appliances that I currently own. It looks new, up to date and definitely stands out in a crowd and that is on looks alone. When shopping for a kitchen appliance, I often try to ensure that they all remain within my colour scheme which is usually white; however with this kettle I couldn't resist it. ...kitchen, with the oven and other appliances working, you'll lose a few pounds. Overall I'm very happy with it. It dries quickly and efficiently to the level selected, the controls are easy to operate and the noise level is low. The only drawbacks are the rather fiddly filter and condenser unit. If you're reading this to make a buying decision, and you've got as far as a Bosch condenser, you will still have found several models to choose from. What's between them? This one is part of the Classixx range, "simple and practical" Bosch calls it. What they mean is Basixx, but that's not good marketing. The next levels are Exxcel and Logixx. What you get as you move up are more capacity, more indicators such as filter clean indicator, LED drying time display. Possibly the only issue would be capacity. This and similar models takes 6kg... Advantages: Large fridge space and air cooled.

...The Bosch KGN 33V60 is overall a very good fridge freezer. It has a substantial fridge space and I have yet to run out of room with it. It has a "super" chilling mode which is very useful for chilling a bottle of wine quickly. The freezer space is quite good to and never has to be defrosted which is great! All the drawers are very easy to take out and clean. The fridge freezer itself is pretty stylish, with it's subtley cureved front and sleek silver edges. I was torn between buying a silver fridge or a proper stainless steel one. I am very glad I chose this fridge and not a stainless steel one. This fridge is so easy to clean the outside, but a stainless steel fridge requires constant cleaning to remove marks from your hands and it is almost impossible to get it looking perfect again. ...~~~ Why do we need a new machine?~~~ Several weeks ago, my husband made a comment, "This washing machine has done us well" I replied with "Thanks for that" Within 10 days the washing machine went wrong, on its final spin it made an almighty noise and sounded like we had thrown a handful of nuts and bolts into the drum. Great!!! As the machine was 9 years old, we decided it wasn't worth getting fixed (probably wouldn't anyway) so we started looking for a new one, we went to our local appliance showroom, also tried Comet and Currys, mainly to see what was out there. ...I bought this Bosch dishwasher approximately 4 months ago for the bargain price of £499.99 and it is one of the best kitchen appliances I have ever purchased. I really do not know how I managed without it. I live on my own in an apartment complex, one of those modern ones that you see by the Thames, I don't have a partner but I do work very hard, I guess you could call me one of those career girls. I love my job and I love what I do and when I get home in an evening the last thing I want to be doing is washing up my breakfast bowl from the morning or my dinner dishes either, so this dishwasher was just what I needed. ...Bosch appliances have the edge when it comes to design and usability, its easy to clean, safe to use and looks good. We were slightly concerned about the controls being accessible to our two kids at the front but the child safety lock / gas shut off works a treat. Cooking on it is good to, it seems to kick out more heat than my last hob making the job of boiling a saucepan of water for spuds or pasta a quicker evolution. Bosch gave me a free 2 year warranty just for registering my product, I'm not sure how long this deal is running for but it made the purchase even more pleasing. The hob is a little expensive but its worth it. I have no problem in recommending this to any prospective buyer.... Read review
