Living with Bosch KGN 33V60 Fridge Freezer
Review of Bosch KGN 33V60 by
taylora-2006
Advantages: Large fridge space and air cooled.
Disadvantages: Fairly noisy
...The Bosch KGN 33V60 is overall a very good fridge freezer. It has a substantial fridge space and I have yet to run out of room with it. It has a "super" chilling mode which is very useful for chilling a bottle of wine quickly.
The freezer space is quite good to and never has to be defrosted which is great! All the drawers are very easy to take out and clean.
The fridge freezer itself is pretty stylish, with it's subtley cureved front and sleek silver edges. I was torn between buying a silver fridge or a proper stainless steel one. I am very glad I chose this fridge and not a stainless steel one. This fridge is so easy to clean the outside, but a stainless steel fridge requires constant cleaning to remove marks from your hands and it is almost impossible to get it looking perfect again.
The fridge comes very well packaged to protect...

~*~THE MIGHTY BOSCH~*~
Review of Bosch KGN 39V00 by
leofluffy69
Advantages: Easy to clean, freezes food fast
Disadvantages: Quite large, white does not match modern chrome
...BOSCH
-----------
Robort Bosch, the founder of Bosch was obsessed with creating perfect products. He couldn't stand the fact that someone may find the product inferior in anyway. The company says that they stand by their founders words and produce superior products that impress in every way. The company produces reliable, quality products at affordable prices.
THE BOSCH KGN 39 V 00 MODEL
-----------------------------------------------
The Bosch KGN 39 V 00 fridge freezer is part of the Classixx range. The Classixx range contains simple economy products which could be described as the 'bog standard basics'. The other two ranges Logixx and Exxcel contain products that are more advanced in technology. The Logixx range has many products that use 'cutting edge' technology and include many extra features. The Exxcel range also includes...

A great workhorse
Review of Bosch SKT 2052 by
Poacher
Advantages: easy to work, superb cleaning, good looking,
Disadvantages: none
...This dishwasher is superb - it is quiet, efficient and cleans beautifully. Both the exterior and the interior are easy to clean and my machine looks as good today as the day it was bought. Bosch produce reliable and quality machines. I like the number of programmes it has and I also like how easy it is to work. It isn't rocket science. The salt container is easily accessible and the rinse aid compartment is handy and it is easy to see when it needs refilling. Excellent results on all programmes. I have never had a problem with it and I would recommend Bosch to anyone....

A glimpse of darkness
Review of The Black Echo - Michael Connelly by
Peachypobs
Advantages: Gritty realism
Disadvantages: None
...This is another Detective Bosch murder mystery, and in this one you get to learn more about Bosch the man, rather than Bosch the policeman.
It all starts with ‘Harry’ (short for Hieronymus) Bosch getting a call out to a murder scene. A body has been found in a drainage pipe at the Mullholland Dam, and it looks like just another drug addict who’s overdosed on heroin. That is until Bosch recognises him as Billy Meadows, someone he served with back in Vietnam.
Bosch was a tunnel rat in Vietnam, this means that he had to go down the tunnels dug by the Vietcong (the VC) and destroy them, and anyone down there. He and Billy were in the same unit together, but Bosch hasn’t seen Billy in twenty years, now he’s turned up dead and Bosch doesn’t believe it’s a simple case of a heroin overdose, he...

Well disigned Bosch Hob
Review of Bosch PHG206/207D by
drcn
Advantages: Design, Usability and safety features
Disadvantages: Cost
...Bosch appliances have the edge when it comes to design and usability, its easy to clean, safe to use and looks good. We were slightly concerned about the controls being accessible to our two kids at the front but the child safety lock / gas shut off works a treat. Cooking on it is good to, it seems to kick out more heat than my last hob making the job of boiling a saucepan of water for spuds or pasta a quicker evolution. Bosch gave me a free 2 year warranty just for registering my product, I'm not sure how long this deal is running for but it made the purchase even more pleasing. The hob is a little expensive but its worth it. I have no problem in recommending this to any prospective buyer....

A cool German half and half
Review of Bosch KGN 34X00 by
getscenic
Advantages: simple design with usable storage
Disadvantages: height of controls
...The Fridge/Freezer the most used and underrated appliance in the kitchen, and when faced with avenues of these white goods towering in rows in the likes of Curry’s or Comet it can be a monumental task to try to choose the best one for your needs and of course budget.
My choice was somewhat easier as I had themed my kitchen around Bosch products, but even so Bosch had an amazing 29 models spread over their three trim levels; Clasixx, Exxcel, Logixx and Built-in.
The brief from Mrs Scenic was a full height, half and half Fridge/Freezer. The nearest model that came close to that was the KGN 34X00.
The KGN 34X00 falls into the Exxcel range which is one up from the basic range, I say full height at 182cm it just allows a top box to fit above to create a flush line with wall units, if you go for the KGN 39 models they come up at 200cm...

BOSCH UNIVERSAL SAW
Review of Bosch Universal Saw by
veraboy
Advantages: VERY HANDY TOOL
Disadvantages: NONE
...The Bosch PMS 400-multi- purpose saw is clearly one of the most versatile power tools ever produced. With it’s fast SDS tool- changing system, the PMS 400 universal saw can be rapidly changed from a handy saw, to a sander, a wire brush, a file, a rasp or even a polisher in seconds. It is lightweight, and has a single handed operation for ease of use, yet powerful enough to be used for a multitude of job’s around the house. For example cutting tree branches, smoothing wood, removing rust and deburring metal, the Bosch multi-saw nevertheless remains a specialist-sawing tool. In this mode it is equally suitable for rough sawing and precise carpentry is possible, thanks to two foot plates which are standard, one for accurate 90 degree cutting and the other for 45 mitres, for example picture framing. Also standard is a wire brush attachment...

Frost free heaven
Review of Bosch KGU 3420 Fridge Freezer by
ckmukisa
Advantages: reliable
Disadvantages: relatively pricey
...Our secondhand fridge and freezer had served us well for 3 years - but 3 years of chunks of ice in the fridge never mind the freezer meant it was time to buy a Frost Free Fridge Freezer. Of course everyone tells you that Bosch is the best for kitchen equipment but experiencing the slick design, and the beautifully chilled food first hand is another matter. The interior of this fridge freezer is large with enough compartments and shelves to make keeping your fridge and freezer organised an easy task. There are cheaper frost free models out there but the Bosch models use a " new revolutionary Bosch ‘Multi Airflow System’ " which disperses the cold air throughout the appliance interior allowing for goods to be filled in anywhere you have the space. It also has a digital disply which tells you the current temperature within the fridge...

no more wah day blues!
Review of Bosch WFL 2000 by
jo1l
Advantages: great clean clothes low water and electricity consumption
Disadvantages: a bit pricey
...Bosch washers aint cheap BUT this washing machine is the best ever washing machine that I've had. It really does clean your clothes well. I bought the Bosch due to the fact that it has an A rating for electricity consumption and for its water consumption - ie it uses less than most washing machines. My bosch has got 15 easy to use programmes, it takes up to 13lbs of washing ( which is about 20% more than most washing machines)the spin speed is 1000 but the clothes come out feeling so dry you would have thought it had a faster spin.It also has a very gentle wash for woolies - that works unlike some washing machines I've used. I've only had my machine for 3 months so I cant say its going to last for ever but a mate has had a bosch for over 3 years and never had a thing go wrong with it. This is an excellent washing machine...
